AMAZING! I've been going to A+ Nails since they first opened because it's clean, the service is amazing, and they have the biggest selection of gel colors! But yesterday, they want above & beyond for me. I came in without an appointment (almost always a wait, I don't recommend walking-in, you should make an appointment), telling them I was getting engaged that night and needed a manicure and they immediately fit me into their busy schedule! The facility was nice and the price for a manicure was reasonable ($19 and some change after tax). It seemed like our business was interrupting the staff member's social time. I'm totally okay with workers enjoying casual conversation but this was above and beyond anything I've experienced in a salon before. Another issue I had I have experienced many other places. While I picked a polish brand that is 5/7/9-free the base coat and top coat were a cheap off brand. Lastly, I have this weird line at the tip of each nail. I tried to photograph but it's hard to see. I went here after asking friends for recommendations, and will never go back. The place looks nice enough on the inside. The staff isn't very welcoming, they talk amongst themselves and didn't interact with any of the customers while I was there. As a new customer, I felt awkward and uncomfortable the whole time. The owner even came in and didn't acknowledge a single customer.I got a gel mani, which I used to get religiously before I relocated to Westerville 4 months ago. Within 3 days, my gel polish was peeling off. It's no been a week and half my nails are completely peeled off. Very poor service, I expect more for the price. Will not be returning. Read Less

I was hesitant in finding a good nail salon in Westerville. A Plus Nails is the best place in Westerville. I've gone on a Saturday afternoon and been helped right away.They never once made me felt uncomfortable.I'd tried the waterless method for nails and it was pretty cool.My nails be remaining to last 2 weeks.Great prices as well. They literally shaved the back of my heel off then superglued it. No apology, no discount offered. I was so heated as I paid for a pedicure and had to wear closed toe shoes the whole time to protect my wound which caused me to limp my entire trip out of town to NYC. Never going back Read Less

I was hesitant to come here, because I have heard some not-so-good reviews lately, but they were one of the only places open on Sunday (Memorial Day weekend) and I desperately needed a pedicure. They got me in right away and my nail tech was very thorough with the pumice stone and dead skin removal, which I appreciate. I didn't feel like she was rushed at all, she took her time making sure my feet were taken care of. She got the corners of my big toe very well, which I get ingrown nails from running. I went there to get a pedicure with some girlfriends not to long ago. They told me wait time was 30 min I waited for over an hour. The pedicure was very fast and not relaxing. The polish job was sloppy and not what I expect to spend my money on! I usually go to Classy Nails in Dublin, they have very the same exact decor but not same owner which I find odd. I seldom treat to a mani-pedi but I decided to do so before a girls weekend in NYC. A+ Nails literally RUINED  my trip!!!I started & ended with a Sugar Scrub pedicure when the tech scrubbed the heel off my left foot. They super glued the wound. I wisely passed on the manicure. To add insult to injury (no pun intended) they charged me FULL PRICE along with this maiming. I am crying as now I get to walk on this wound for the next 3 days in the NYC and can only wear sandals as I can't bear a shoe back pressed against it. I am only hoping I don't get a staph infection from walking one of the worlds dirtiest cities with a gaping sore created by this salon.  I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Read Less

Went for a manicure, got the gel nail polish. The manicure itself was ho hum, nothing special, no hand and arm massage. The girl filed my nails oval, which I did not want, and had requested that they be filed more squarely. I did not see if the implements were ever cleaned or sanitized. I did not go back to get the gel polish soaked off, rather I did it at home. I left the polish on over the holidays (about 3.5 weeks).The worst part of the whole experience was that  I had NAIL FUNGUS after removing the polish, which I have never had before!!! My nails have white splotches on them and they look nasty. Would not recommend that place at all!! Read Less

Used to absolutely love this place, but now I'm currently looking for another salon unfortunately. Went to get a balance and left with sore fingers and one was bleeding, half my nails were crooked to the point where when the technician wasn't looking, I grabbed the file and tried to fix them myself. After 4 days one of my nails broke and so I went to get it fixed, they didn't charge me but they are now 2 completely different lengths. I wanted to grow out my nails and now they look awful. will not be returning. Read Less

Nick one of the owners does my nails. He does the best job out of anyone else who has ever done my nails. I lost him for a couple of years and just went anywhere and every where looking for him and trying to find someone who does half as good of a job as he does. I never found anyone that came even close. One day my mom and I walked in and got so excited because we both found out guys once again. She goes to jason the other owner he also does a fantastic job. Now that we have found these two guys again we won't be going anywhere else as long as they are here. And to be honest we would follow these two anywhere they might go. The other staff here does a great job as well you'll never have a bad experience here with whom every does your service. They have plenty of staff so there's never that long of a wait. The place is very clean and spacious. The art work is very well place and beautiful. They also take large parties of woman. I tell everyone about this place and I will always promote this business. Wonderful people alway upbeat and they try very hard to speak English for the most part so people don't feel uncomfortable and that people always knows what's going on. Where to begin... Was shopping around for a new place to go after relocating. Let me say this the owner was great but my experience was so bad that I will be looking else where for a permanent nail technician.. I am a biter so my nails are short but have never been a problem for anyone else.  I came here for a full set of acrylic nails but after refusing the gel nail polish 3 times after continuously being suggested that I use it the technician became catty and the service went down hill from there! My cuticles were snipped so poorly they were bleeding and sore for at least 2 to 3 days, no cuticle oil was used and once the faux nails for my full set were cut he didn't even match my finger nail length to make sure they were identical in length or evenly across for that matter. My right hand was alot longer that my left and I was told since I didn't pick the expensive new line of gel polish they offered my nails wouldn't last any longer than a week tops (lasted almost 3 weeks) and was adviced not to pick up anything heavy because my nails would break. Not sure if he was having a bad day or what but that did it for me. Please bare in mind I am not a knit picky person but this left a really bad taste in my mouth for this place. This is the best nail salon I have ever been to!  The owner is beyond accomadating, the place is gorgeous and clean, and prices are on on part with other competitors in the area.  When three of us accidentally came earlier than the opening by 30 min and he got us right in.
