I had Tracie do my hair.She is amazing! She got me in last minute and was totally awesome. She made sure i liked my hair and was very personable. Great place! Love it!!

The workers are very polite to people. This place has a lot of hair products to buy. I usually spend only 10 minutes there so they do the job done fast!

I reached out to the the salon in mid November about a booking a birthday party for my BFF. I got back a response immediately from Angela Cash (who I found out later was the owner) she was so awesome & patient with me getting all the details together. Now of course the day off nothing went as planned & everyone was running late but the staff were so amazing so friendly & made us feel so welcome we spent the next 2 hours having the best time together. I am going to recommend this salon to everyone & I will definitely be coming back for more services!

I received a gift certificate for Simplicity in a raffle at a local event and decided to come in for a hair cut. After looking over some reviews, I decided to book with Melissa, and I'm so glad I did! She is very passionate and knowledgeable about her work, and super bubbly and fun to talk to. She gave me an awesome cut! I'm so happy with how it turned out. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Tracie was AMAZING. First of all, they fit me in last minute with no problems. I went in not know exactly what I wanted but I talked with Tracie and totally trusted her to do her magic. Misty cut my hair and it was awful. I went once and never returned. She wasn't very friendly to start, and she seriously messed up my hair. My bangs were cut way too wide, my hair was very uneven on either side, and my "long" layers in the back were cut to about 4" long, so I had this "bowl" of hair around the top of my head when the rest of my hair was below my shoulders. It's been almost a year and I'm STILL trying to grow my layers out. Most awful hair experience I've ever had.

Really like this spa. Close to my home (about a five to 10 min drive, depending on traffic). Ladies are friendly and do their best to give the customer what they wanting. End result is pleasing. Have had hair and nails done by Sara. Happy with her work; consistent and pays attention. Doesn't get caught up or distracted in conversation where she's cutting too short or completely missing strands. Takes her time but is efficient.

Found Simplicity first through Groupon for a pedi. Had a great experience with Melissa. I grew up on the west side of Cincy, but moved to West Chester and needed to find a new place for hair as well. Just had my first appointment with Melissa for a cut and it was wonderful. Melissa listened to everything I had to say and gave me a great cut and style just right for my hair type. This will be my new salon "home"! Thanks!

I reached out to the the salon in mid November about a booking a birthday party for my BFF. I got back a response immediately from Angela Cash (who I found out later was the owner) she was so awesome & patient with me getting all the details together. Now of course the day off nothing went as planned & everyone was running late but the staff were so amazing so friendly & made us feel so welcome we spent the next 2 hours having the best time together. I am going to recommend this salon to everyone & I will definitely be coming back for more services!

Found Simplicity first through Groupon for a pedi. Had a great experience with Melissa. I grew up on the west side of Cincy, but moved to West Chester and needed to find a new place for hair as well. Just had my first appointment with Melissa for a cut and it was wonderful. Melissa listened to everything I had to say and gave me a great cut and style just right for my hair type.
