I have made multiple appointments and each time I am waiting an additional hour. The staff were in no hurry to get to me and were not apologetic at all.

I used to go here all of the time when they first opened. I stopped because almost every time whoever was doing my balance would nick my cuticles. It was always rushed so they could get people in and out.
In a pinch, I went back today. I ended up having my acrylics taken off. What I can’t stand is the employees not speaking English around customers. It is rude and very unprofessional.
It definitely makes you wonder if they are talking about you. I will stick with Jonathan Khoi!

I decided to try out this place about a year ago. The staff is very kind, gentle, and good at what they do. I tried the dipping powder. I had never seen it before. They told me that it was better for your nails than acrylic and will last just as long. They were right. They have a wide selection of colors and it looks beautiful. I was hooked on this place! I had only planned on going for one manicure here, but now I have been going back regularly ever since. I love how they have never tried to upsell me and even gave me advice on how I could save some money and still have beautiful nails. My hands have never looked better and I have tried many salons over the years and different products.
I also recommend trying their pedicures. If you are in the area, stop by for a relaxing treat. You won't regret it!

If I could give less than one star, I would. Don't get me wrong, everyone is very nice. Came here yesterday to get a full set, acrylic, white tips for my wedding. There are SO MANY AIR BUBBLES IN THE ACRYLIC. My tips are crooked and Ken, filed the white tip with an indent in the end, ON MY RING FINGER. For $45 a set, it was ridiculous. I was so speechless I couldn't even tell him how horrible they were. Don't underestimate this review. Definitely not worth your time or money.

Today was my first time at Sanhville and I loved it. I had gone in for a pedicure and Becky had helped me out. She was amazing. I had the deluxe pedicure and it was one of the best pedicures I have ever gotten. She was very attentive. I also loved that they have reasonable prices. The rest of the staff was very friendly as well and the salon was clean. I will be back!!! Thank you!!

I decided to try out this place about a year ago. The staff is very kind, gentle, and good at what they do. I tried the dipping powder. I had never seen it before. They told me that it was better for your nails than acrylic and will last just as long. They were right. They have a wide selection of colors and it looks beautiful. I was hooked on this place! Today was my first time at Sanhville and I loved it. I had gone in for a pedicure and Becky had helped me out. She was amazing.
