HORRIBLE!! My mother and I were in the area so we stoped by to try them out, we were the ONLY customer's in the salon the entire 3 hours we were there.....yes 3 hours! Just for fill ins and pedis. Then the owner and her husband keep asking where we normally go then would complain about and bad talk the other salon. She cut my toes nails WAY too short tben had the nereve to say it was how my toenails grow.....then all my acrylic nails were filed uneven and acrylic was slopped all over my fingers with extra polish that she was to lazy to clean off. Then the husband was completely rude to my mother and said it was taking so long because the way her nails grew....dumest excuse ever. Then at the very end the owner TRIED to up charge my $6 JUST FOR USING my debit card, so I made a big deal about it and was fed up in general at that point and now she's trying to steal my money.....so stupid! She said she wouldn't charge me the extra fee this one time! Horrible place, go some where else! Read Less

Don't offer dip if you can't/ don't want to do it. I came in and specifically asked for dip. The lady kept saying oh you want gel and I was like no I want dip, gel doesn't last as long. The whole time he was taking off my previous dip she's talking about how it's not good for your nails how gel so much prettier. He took the time to make sure all of my nails were the exact same size and shape. And then she comes over and explains why don't we do the dip but with the clear dip and then use the gel nail polish instead of the clear polish to dip with. I was like okay whatever. So then she comes and takes over for him and instead of doing it like that she just use the clear polish and the clear dip and dipped some of them three times some of them only two and then just put the gel on top. There was no point even doing the dip if that's what she intended on doing she could have just put the gel on my actual nail, it's stupid. And then files them down afterwards and now they're all different sizes they are not uniform like how he had them. And then try to argue with me when I told her that they weren't going to be as good as what I actually asked her for. He seemed like he was doing a good job and was nice. She ruined the experience. This may not be the fanciest nail spa, but everyone there gave amazing customer service, was clean, and did a great job. For the price and the service, I'll come again. Sweet people who really try to do a good job. Very willing to accommodate my picky self :) You've just got to speak up. Very happy. Read Less
