Can't trust them! I get the same exact thing done every time I'm there and get charged different amounts from $30 to $55. Last night I signed a receipt for an amount, today they charged my card much more because the girl forgot to add something so she thinks it's okay the charge me whatever ILLEGALLY!!!!!! I'm usually pleased with their work, but the last visit was annoying . I waited about 20 minutes for a nail tech and then the guy rushed through, he made my nails paper thin( one broke the next day) and he didn't polish the whole nail and only one coat ! The next day I ran in to get my nail fixed and I waited 20 minutes for a nail tech, this made me angry bc it was only 2 customers and 5 nail techs! They were all occupied with their phones, doing each other's nails or simply sitting in the pedicure chair with earbuds in! I finally get the guy and he shaped my nail so horribly that I went home after work and took off my polish that was chipping and then reshaped them. Peter gave me a wonderful pedicure and a gel fill. He is an expert nail tech and was so polite and meticulous. We chatted just enough to make me comfortable, but not enough to be annoying. I will certainly be back! I travel a lot, so have to find great salons in the areas in which I travel. This is the only third salon I have patronized in the area, and I need not search any further. I had been going to fancy nail salon.. and after about six visits, I was not happy with the whole experience.. I had been nicked and bleeding numerous times up by my cuticle..And it would become red, inflamed, and look infected... Two of my fingers were bleeding in the same visit..  seemed like alot of confusion there ..just not a relaxing environment.So...i decided I was going to look at reviews of other nail salons. I decided on Star Nails and SO glad I did..  It was a relaxing comfortable atmosphere from the minute I walked in..  They take their time with the customer.. and  they care about the job they do.  I had  my nails from fancy nails removed and had a set of gel nails put on instead of acrylic.. then I had the first pedicure ive had in my life.. very happy with the experience there. Will only go to Star Nails from now on.. they really care about what you walk out of there with and not just getting on to the next customer..Thank you star nails! Read Less

Walked in on a Friday they were able to see my mom an I right away. They started my pedicure right away but didn't even start my mom's water till my pedicure was almost finished. They charged me 5.00 extra for the sand OPI nail polish which makes no sense. You don't have to do anything special and doesn't cost more to buy. Of course they didn't tell me till they were about to paint my toes. The girl missed a couple spots on the sides of my nails.$37.00 for a basic pedicure is ridiculous especially in Warren, Ohio. I live in California and can get one with a hot stone massage for $25.00. I haven't lived here in years but I'm sure there is other places to go that are cheaper and do a far better job. Read Less

There is definitely a language barrier at this place. I paid $54 for a full set of gel nails and I have never had such a horrible job. After 2 days my nails are lifting and you can see all sorts of bubbles in the gel. This salon is awful I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Read Less

Great little nail salon--go in and see Angie for a manicure.  She's very sweet and she does a great job.  A manicure only costs $15.  They have THE cutest little girls' spa pedicure chairs---great idea!  Update:  My manicure has lasted a full 5 days with no chips, and that's after cleaning and cooking.  Wow.
