The customer service sucks and my nails did not last. I got my nails done here on Monday and it is now Thursday and 4 of my nails already came off. I went to Tony and he was too rough and he doesn’t take his time, his work is too sloppy. I will never come here again.

I went to get my nails done. The people are rude,my nails looked like a 5yr old did them and they rush.. will never go back and don't recommend this salon to anyone

She talked on the phone more than half the time of doing my nails. Couldn't even speak enough English to answer my questions and when other people walked in she rushed. Wouldn't recommend going there.

Horrible! I will never EVER come to this dump again. I gave it more than one chance. I actually came here 4 different times. This last time was the icing on the cake. Every time I've come here it's always been an "emergency" or nowhere else was able to take me bc of a long wait. The last time I went the woman had her niece take care of my pedicure. The girl, no offense to her, spoke NO ENGLISH AT ALL. She had no idea what I was saying and did a horrible job. The main tech there did such a rush mani that she didn't even finish and just left me sitting there and started on the next person who walked in. When I said something to her she said oh sorry I forgot.. it will be another 20 min! After I had been just sitting there for 10 min!!! And beside that their prices are OUTRAGEOUS!

horrible.... I have been there numerous times and gotten acrylics and have had my fingers gouged every time. .with the sander that they sand around the cuticles. In one visit, two fingers up past cuti...
horrible.... I have been there numerous times and gotten acrylics and have had my fingers gouged every time. .with the sander that they sand around the cuticles. In one visit, two fingers up past cuticles were gouged and literally bleeding! Within a day..They were red, puffy and tender.. Unacceptable!! Every visit!!then, about a few weeks later, after last visit...i decided to go to star nails down the road.....amazing experience..Even got the first pedicure of my life! And, I m 56..Will not go back to fancy nails. A week later, I was at the hair salon near fancy nails..Next door actually..And an elderly woman I know asked me if I would go ask fancy nails how long for her to just get a nail trim.. I did. I told them it was for an elderly lady at the hair salon..Asked her how long for a trim:) her exact answer... For how long? TOO LONG!!!!!!! seriously ?!?! she said ' too long '. period. End of story.. didnt say another word ...I sent the elderly lady to STAR NAILS! I told her never to go to fancy nails again..If thats how they treat the elderly.., that actually deserves a 0 rating.

May have come here on a bad day but this was quite honestly the worst experience I've ever had at a Nail Salon. It was a Saturday and only two people were working and there were about 10 people waitin...
May have come here on a bad day but this was quite honestly the worst experience I've ever had at a Nail Salon. It was a Saturday and only two people were working and there were about 10 people waiting. There were children running around climbing on customers with no adult supervision and there was no process in terms of which customer was being served next, etc. We came for a gel manicure and pedicure and got what we paid for. The pedicure was all over my ACTUAL toes and not the nails and the gel manicure, which was supposed to be peach looks like a clear coat. The technician asked if I actually wanted the manicure or just the polish. I requested the manicure and did not receive. My nails have been painted for 24 hours and my thumb is already cracked. Also, the gel on my thumb has bumps all over it. Not a smooth polish job. I will never come back again.

Just started going there within the month. First time it took a while to get a pedicure and nails put on. They are fast one lady kept pushing to add extra items to my nails. Wanted a a splash of color...
Just started going there within the month. First time it took a while to get a pedicure and nails put on. They are fast one lady kept pushing to add extra items to my nails. Wanted a a splash of color to a French nail and walked out with glitter instead and after that came off I had to repaint the entire nail. They are quick but I have been burned by their grinders and not sure if they sanitize equipment for each new customer they have. Take a chance is all I can say

Very nice nail tech however I wanted all my nails to have designs, not just one. I even had to put glitter on at home because the rest of my nails were plain...felt like she was rushing me....

I went to Fancy Nails today for a pedicure and was very pleased with the results. Staff was friendly. Salon was clean and neat. I'll go back again.

The customer service sucks and my nails did not last. I got my nails done here on Monday and it is now Thursday and 4 of my nails already came off. I went to Tony and he was too rough and he doesn’t take his time, his work is too sloppy. I will never come here again.

It was a Saturday and only two people were working and there were about 10 people waiting.
