First visit was awesome. We went today for fills and service was horrible!! He cut me with one of his tools under my nail, my finger was burning when he put my hand under the lamp, and never asked my opinion about anything! I had to stop him because he was going to put whatever kind of design he wanted to on my nails without my consent. They were hurried for whatever reason. And to top it off my tips are all crooked!!! I really enjoy coming here. Everyone is nice and accommodating. I have a two year old son so when I am in a hurry to get home, but still need the experience of a pedi or being pampered, they got me. They even let me bring him in when I need to refresh, but have no Sitter option. They offer you water OR, more importantly, wine! They do a clean job and a wide variety of color options. Most nail places are often overly dusty, and rightly so from all the nails being primped and shaved, but the owner frequently seen vacuuming and cleaning the floor. I know it's impossible to tackle nail dust and it will get everywhere, but it's refreshing just to see someone doing freshening up while you are there. They take appointments, but I am a frequent walk-er-in-er. I find that even when I have to wait it's nothing more than 10-20 minutes, where I've waited at other places longer than an hour. Everyone has their nail spot, this just happens to be mine. I believe a lot of the reviews online are mixing this spot up with the nail salon that sat here before it. Had a pedicure with my daughter.  They did a fantastic job.  Donna was super nice and my toenails look great.  They had a large number of colors to choose from.  Pedicure was done in relaxing massage chairs, very clean.  I called for a same day appointment.  When I got there they were ready for both of us.  Had a very relaxing experience. I had a great experience here! Dan was absolutely great and my nails look amazing! I felt relaxed and my nails were done exactly how I wanted them. Dan made sure that my acrylic fill turned out perfectly.i had gone to another place prior and my nails were no where what I wanted them to look like. I will be back and absolutely recommend them. My friend and I got pedicures, as well as a full set with gel and art, and a manicure with jewelry. Nails look great the pedicure felt fantastic. I only gave 3 stars because they still have things to work on like communication with the customer about prices and telling you what you pay for. I called them the next day about the price I was charged not adding up to what I was told and the man I spoke to about it was great and very professional about solving the issue. He went out of his way to ask the employee who charged me to get his side and it was solved in a professional way. Communication of prices was the only problem which given it's a new salon I can understand that they are still smoothing the edges. I highly recommend trying this place because the work is high quality and they take their time. My friends only complaint was that they had someone doing her full set and someone doing her pedicure at the same time and she wasn't able to relax as much. If I could give this place zero stars I would! Stopped in at 545, as to employees were turning off the open sign and walking out the door. The sign says open until 730p. One employee was assisting a customer and said it would be 40 minutes and I should come back tomorrow. Don't waste your time! Read Less
