I had the worst experience that I have ever had at a nail salon, here. The woman that helped me was a little older than the rest of the mostly young workers and she was not pleasant at all. You should leave a salon feeling at least a little pampered and somewhat good, I did not! The only time the the woman spoke to me was to yell at me for moving my hand. If I asked a question about something I was told that I needed to get some patience she wasn't done yet. Some of my nails are rounded some are square. (I wasn't asked which I would prefer) The area around my nails was left a mess and under the top of my nails there were deposits of the dipping powder. When I voiced my displeasure about my nails and the way I was treated when I was checking out, all I got was, oh we will speak to her. I will not return nor would I recommend this nail salon. Diva nails was clean, friendly and easy to locate. Scheduling an appointment was quick and they were able to get me in the same day.I had SNS (gel dipped nails) for the first time. Love them! Several coats are applied using polish and very thin powder gel - no UV lights! The salon has TONS of color choices, it can be a little overwhelming at first but the staff is very patient and will help you choose if you like. Shelly was kind and thorough during my manicure, making sure to take extra time so everything was perfect. I would highly recommend her! Very crowded, understaffed, and I felt the technician was feeling rushed. I had a new, full set of acrylic nails placed with gel polish over top. The gel is extremely thick, lumpy, and bumpy making my nails look very awkward. The polish wasn't even placed all the way to the edge of my nail by the cuticle making it appear as though I'm already due for a fill in a few days. The edges of my nails were filed uneven and nails are all different lengths, especially if I compare with the same nail on opposite finger. Not worth the time or money in my opinion. Read Less

I have been going to Diva nails for many years. They have always been accommodating with my busy schedule. Been to other salons and had acrylics, Hanson had me try the S n S and i am hooked. My nails stay strong and healthy it may be a little pricey but the amount of time it lasts it is well worth it. I have been going to Diva for almost 3 years now. I think their service is outstanding, and all of the staff are wonderful. Whenever I call to make an appt, they are always accommodating. I have never had a problem with getting my nails done here. They are all friendly and very welcoming. I think that the prices are steep and that they really need to consider not charging an arm and a leg for services 100.00 for a mani and a pedi is really not a good deal, and 65 dollars for a manicure is outrageous, but their services are very welcomed and I love the atmosphere. I been getting my nails done for years and never in life have I ever paid $70.00 and that's because they charged me $35.00 remove a few broken one and than not her $35.00 to full set back this is highway robbery and they did not even let know the price until were half way done is they should tell you right away what the charge is all together.there model should be you could buy better but can't pay more Read Less

My girlfriend spent 1 hour waiting in the salon. She was treated terribly and ended up walking out. The two ladies doing the nails were bickering back and forth about the appointment before my girlfriends being their last one. They were extremely rude and I would suggest not bringing your business to this salon. When I confronted the salon they gave me every excuse in the book to why they did not service my girlfriend.
