These folks are great. Great service. Reasonable prices. Honest with you when you come in - tell you up front it will be a long wait, suggest a time that you could come back without a wait, work you in, etc. I never feel like I'm being oversold, or that I'm being talked about in another language while I sit there (you know you've felt that way at other places!!). If I could give a zero I would. All other nail places were booked and I needed my acrylics off so since there was no wait I decided to go. Everyone was very nice and customer service was great but it was the most painful experience ever. Normally when getting acrylics off they soak them in acetone then file them off. This lady just shoved a tool under the acrylic and ripped them off I was on the verge of tears and I could see and feel the layers of my nail ripping off. I will not be going back Read Less

I have had several good experiences here and one bad one. The owner and all the young techs are wonderful and do a great job. My gel polishes stay on for 2-3 weeks. My most recent trip here I had my gel nails done by Susan and she did a lazy sloppy job. The polish was lopsided on my fingers, too thickly applied, and it all came off in just 2 days. Very disappointing and waste of money. I will continue to go here but I will make sure to request specific techs who have done a good job in the past. Read Less

Highly recommend to anyone wanting 5 star service, warm friendly staff, appointment times that suit everyone (multiple late nights and Saturdays) and nails that last the distance. My nail designs have lasted 4 weeks since I started seeing Nuttinda and her team. No lifting or chipping and my nails are really long! I stopped here one day because it is close to my house.  I didn't know what to expect, as so many nail spas are hit or miss.  I was pleasantly surprised to get very great service from a very nice, good and patient nail tech.  She really took her time and did quality work.  She suggested I try the new powder color and promised I would love it.  And I did!!  It lasted really long like she said it would.  She was so nice and so professional and never made me feel out of place or awkward like a lot of nail places tend to do. And she really did a stellar job on my nails.  Very neatly done.  And one last thing to not is that their prices were very reasonable compared to a lot of places.  Very nice surprise there! I have had my nails done numerous times at this Salon and each time has been wonderful! The salon is neat, clean, and very inviting for relaxation. I have found the staff to be considerate and professional on each of my visits. I've never had a problem getting an appointment or even walking in and getting my nails done without one. Horrible customer service. I've been in 4 times now and only gotten my toes done once because they never have time even when they are suppose to be open until 7... do NOT bother to go in after 6. I came here with a couple girlfriends to get manis and pedis. This place is large and spacious. However, please be cautious if you are getting any type of manicure. I ended up getting an infection in my cuticle after a simple gel manicure. My friend got a full set of solar nails and she left with 5 cuts on her fingertips. Needless to say, we will never return!!!
