I went in with a picture of  the color that I wanted. I had extra light blonde hair. It came out brassy/ Ash. Not even close to the picture I had brought in. The hairstylist knew that the color was not correct as soon as she took off the towel.  The hairstylist next to her said I see you decided to go darker. I said no.  My hairstylist said dont say darker! My Hairstylist told me that the color would lighten up when she dried it.  It did not. The hairstylist told me to give it a couple of days. This was Easter Weekend.  She never say that I would not be able to receive a refund. I called the hairstylist the following week and told her that I could not live with this color and that I would like a refund so I could go have the color corrected.  She seemed to be understanding of my situation and said she just wanted me to be happy. The hairsytlist told me that she would have to speak with the salon manager and someone would give me a call. Two days later the manager called me and was very unprofession and rude.  The manager seemed to be blaiming me for the whole issue with my hair. She stated that it must have been a communication issue.  I advised her that I brought in a picture of what I wanted and she still stated there must have been a communication issue. The manager advised me that they do not do refunds until they have been given the opportunity to fix the color.  I told her I would rather not have them fix the color and that I had made an appointment with a color correction expert.  I told her that I wanted to put the refund towards the cost of the color correction.  The manager then advised me that she was not going to pay for me to go somewhere else to have the correction done. She kept insisting that I make an appointment with them to have the correction done.   I have discovered that this shop was sold about a year ago. I went to another shop and had the color correction expert fix my hair. It came out beautiful.  She was also surprised at the way I was treated.  Since customer satisfaction does not seem to be their concern , I will NEVER return to this business and will recommend that no one uses them. I had to pay twice as much to get my hair corrected. Read Less

Horrible haircut, the stylist was nice but her skill level was lacking. Had to spend double to get it fixed elsewhere. I don't doubt they work wonders with the little ol' ladies that were in but as for men haircuts they might need to reconsider making that an option. Read Less

I went in with a picture of  the color that I wanted. I had extra light blonde hair. It came out brassy/ Ash. Not even close to the picture I had brought in.
