I made am appt. 3 days ago. I made the appt. because I did not want to wait. That was a mistake. I waited 57 minutes with no explanation way. This was the owner who did my nails and made me wait. This is the 4th time I have changed nail salons because I feel they don't care about the customer.Just the money. All of the salons in our area are owned by Asians and Vietnamese. Very nice and clean location. Clear English is spoken by some of the staff, which is a huge help! Very personable staff and reasonably priced for what you receive. I will definitely be going back to Ultra for a mani/ pedi - shellac on my nails and the regular pedi. I recommend Katelyn, she is very easy to talk to and does an excellent job! I picked a regular color that just happened to match a shellac, but I now know to just ask her since she knows all of the matches. I've never had someone paint the edges on my nails first, she said it will make it last longer. I do think that is true, even with how rough I am on my nails! Read Less

First time coming here, over all service was nice however when I sat down the girls before me left their half full water bottles on the table open (grose) and I had to sit on my right so I wouldn't knock them off the table, all I had to do was move my elbow and they would have spilt all over her work space. As a customer it's not my job to move another customers trash so I sat funny the whole time. I got a full set no color and no airbrush was offered, Im not sure they had one nor did I see one. I really cant say enough good things about this place. All of the techs are very pleasant and do amazing work. I have never left their salon unhappy and refer all of my friends there. All of the ladies are super sweet and talented. The salon is very clean and quite beautiful. The prices are reasonable as well. I've been to many salons in the akron/canton area and none compare to this salon. The combination of their amazing customer service and their quality work makes it hard to ever go anywhere else.
