The massage was fantastic, I had Taren Devericks, but the noise situation was pretty terrible. The room next to mine had two women having a loud conversation for the full time that I was receiving my massage. If you prefer a quiet place to relax, I would recommend going elsewhere. Read Less

The people here are so nice and give great service! The venue and enviornment is very relaxing. Megan does my haircuts and her cuts have been the best I have had. The spa/salon is decorated nicely and has a relaxing atmosphere, and it was very pleasant to sit in a massage chair while waiting for my hair appt. The service I had was hair coloring.  I had a good experience until the end.  On my way home after leaving, I discovered what felt like a mixture of residual hair dye and some kind of wax that had been put in my hair, all gooey at the base of my neck. I called to let the salon to let them know this, (as it is a sign of an unprofessional job), and got through to the manager, Denise,  as I arrived home.  She told me that they would be happy to fix it if I came back.  Not one apology.  I explained that I shouldn't have to drive back to the salon if the job was done correctly in the first place. I was calling not in search of some future freebie or handout...   If you are operating what is supposed to be an upscale and professional business, at least have the humility to apologize if a customer is not happy... instead of just giving them an ultimatum.  I won't be returning nor referring. I experienced the best message ever.   I love this place.  Met a friend for the a message, wine and lunch.  They have a cute little cafe and said we could bring our own wine I and they would serve.  Lunch was,  well OK.  But, the service we revived from the time we walked in the door made up for the so, so lunch.  They have a great opportunity for the cafe but, they need to get someone in to do the cooking. Came in for a girls weekend with my best. We both had parafin wax pedicures. The spa was very clean and the staff was friendly. They had a decent selection of OPI colors but few from the newer lines that I'm accustom to seeing at many other spas/ salons. I was very pleased with their attention to detail.I took away one star due to the fact that they were running behind schedule and didn't take us back until 20 minutes after our appointment.
