I was highly upset with my visit. The first and LAST time I will ever return to this establishment. I asked for a new set and ombré colors; when my nail tech went to take off my old set he clipped my nails so hard they split my real nails and had them bleeding everywhere. His response “ oh does that hurt “. He proceeded doing my nails and took about 2.5 hours. Timing is pretty much around there when visiting a nail salon. I had a horrible experience at this salon. My nails were rushed and weren't even fully painted. I paid almost 60.00 plus tip and when I went back a day later they wanted to charge me 18.00 just to take the polish off and put it back on. The nail tech at table 2 was extremely rude and even threw the nail brush down and snapped at me to go wash my hands when I expressed my dissatisfaction with my nails. I didn't even receive an apology. I didn't even allow them to finish. I left right after the polish was taken off and was charged 10.00 for that even though it their fault I had to come back. My nails were a rush job. I paid the additional cost for gel and literally all my nails were not fully painted. The sides of my nails were never touched. I went back a day later to have it corrected and after paying 55.00 prior they wanted to charge me an additional 18.00 just to take the polish off and put it back on. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the finished product and didn't even receive an apology. The nail tech at table 2 was rude and then proceeded to throw the brush down and tell me to go and wash my hands with a dismissive attitude. I didn't even allow them to finish. I left after just having the polish removed. I will never go to this salon again. I've heard horrible things but my own experience only proved how everything said about them is true. After going to pro nails for years I finally decided to start going to Top Nails. I usually let the ladies in seats 11 and 12 do my nails, they’re the best. Anyways after letting the males do my nails, my gel polish was chipped within three days. First off.. My 12 year old daughter got just Gel polish on her hands and it was 26.00, lasted maybe 2 days and they were so RUDE. Secondly I had my nails taken off and a full set put on, that was 52.00. Guess what y'all it hasn't even been 2 weeks and 3 have already POPPED off. i usually go to pro nails but I wanted to give TOP NAILS a trying and they are TERRIBLE they over priced and my nails looked like rushed work and they do not listen to your preferences at all. they were uneven fat looking one side straight other side curving I will never go back #trashwork Read Less

I had only been there 2 times and had a very bad experience.the lady that serves me had very bad customer service I had gotten gel polish and this was only my second time ever having it so I have very low knowledge about the gel polish, once after the Polish was applied to my nails I wasn't satisfied with how it looked afterwards so I told the lady that I really didn't like it and want to switch colors...the nail tech was unprofessional altogether I know that the gel polish does take time for it to get taken off again but if your customer isn't satisfied you're still supposed to please them. if I was paying for it I should have been able to pay for what I wanted to get but unfortunately I'm stuck with an ugly polish that I wasted $25 on and the owner really didn't care too much either...he was very rude and was acting very nonchalant about the incident I would suggest no one to ever go there not unless you want to walk out with something you're not happy Read Less

I was a long time customer but now I will never go back. I went to get my nails done and left looking worse than when I originally came in. I confronted the owner about it over the phone and was hung up on. I was not rude or difficult, I was simply upset because I paid to have my nails done right, they were awful and they knew it. I never had a bad experience before this which is why I was surprised they treated me like that. But sometimes that's all it takes.
