A violent group that recently participated in Charlottesville. It is very unfortunate that there are still Nazi and White Supremacist sentiments in Ohio. I've been to classic nails numerous times and always been satisfied, except for the last two times. I visited about six months ago for a pedicure, and thought the service was worse than I'd experienced before. I've been visiting other nail salons since then. Today I decided to return, people have bad days, I get that, so I wanted to give them a second chance. I was greeted quickly and as there was only one other customer, was brought to a pedi chair quickly. My nail tech talked me into a Deluxe pedicure, instead of the standard. While using the nippers she pinched my skin multiple times, making me jump once and she apologized once realizing what she had done. She dropped the nippers on the ground, and then picked them up and proceeded to use them. Once home, I've now realized that both big toes have been filed crooked. And one is jagged and rough to touch. The polish is all around my cuticles. And my heels are still rough. My feet look like they did when I walked in, except the polish looks worse. Very very dissatisfied with today's service and definitely don't think it was worth $40. For the duration of my service, I watched a man (possibly the owner?) step into the pedi bowl with his shoes on, and then sit in a massage chair across from me, with headphones in, sound asleep. I didn't feel as if I was in a very professional environment and I know that in my place of business sleeping in front of customers would definitely be frowned upon. it was awful. the guy kept making jokes and it was really annoying. literally after 2 hours, my nails chipped. i had 3 or 4 nails get ruined and i got my nails done a bit before they closed, so i couldn't go back. never going back again Read Less

Absolutely love this nail salon ! They've got new owners and they are great ! They're always positive and make your day great !! They make sure my nails are perfect ! When i can't get in during the day Ken stays late to make sure i get my nails taken care of ! Overall it's a great place and i wouldn't go anywhere else ! Read Less

I'm changing my review after only 1 week my nails started peeling. With shellac it supposed to last 2 weeks if not longer. My sister's nails also peeled as well. Not worth the $68 dollars for 2 shellac manicures. Read Less

I've been going here on and off for almost two years. Most of the time I've had a pleasant experience, but after yesterday I won't be back. Although there was no wait time, I was extremely disappointed in the service I received. I have been growing my nails out, and asked for her to just shape the nail but keep the length. After all the filing she did through out the manicure my nails were filed down to almost nothing and are sore. The entire time, she seemed to be asking the... man sitting next to her what she should do next. After an attempted hand massage(before my nails were polished) I was under the impression she was not licensed or just extremely new. My nails were sloppily polished, with thick coats. When I left I had top coat and polish all around my fingers and nail bed. I tried to fix them once I got home, but in the end just had to peel the polish off. Hi I came out there Saturday with my daughter and friend...we were persuaded to get gel mani-pedis as they were suppose to last a lot longer...however ours have already chipped/pealed...they did not stay at all...and on my nails they wasn't even fully painted my daughter's were (done by a different lady) but the gel paint is already coming off....we spent over $160 and our quite upset...my wife got the normal reg. Went there today for an emergency nail repair and left with a full set... First off let me say I have never had someone so rough with my nails and when I say rough I mean made more than 1 nail BLEED. Secondly, I have never had someone argue about what I wanted... It wasn't hard.. A simple shellac French on top of regular acrylic. The nail tech argued with me and kept trying to give me white tipped acrylics and I could come back in later to get gel.. She even brought the box out asking if I knew what a white tip was. I have NEVER tipped lower than 10% with any service and today I left no tip at all. On top of all that my nails are crooked and misshapen.. I will never go here again. Read Less

I've been going here for along time and although the girls are nice every time I go in it seems the quality is less and less, yesterday I had to ask for things to be fixed like several places on my nails (pedicure) weren't painted and separators weren't used so paint got on my skin :( just really unsatisfied to spend $35 on something I could have done at home myself for free.
