Its a convinient location but was not too excited about my pedicure there was not communication. The guy that did my pedi did not really give a message for my feet he just pressed his hands along my feet for like two minutes and the woman at the shop was caring for someone before i and took her time to give the same services. They're really nice, and they did a great job! I went in to get gel polish. They have a huge selection of colors, including mood and rainbow. I got a peach shade of the rainbow and my nails look so pretty! Especially in the sunlight. She also used a really nice blossom scented cuticle oil afterwards, which was a nice touch. Michelle was friendly and did a good job on my toe nails but as it was my first time here, I only knew the prices that they had listed in plain view, and apparently there were hidden fees.... I got an acrylic set and a pedi....asked for coffin nails plain black for my set (Tom did the acrylics, Michelle did the pedi) Didn't realize I would be charged ten dollars extra at check out for the SHAPE?!(coffin shaped) I've never had anywhere charge me extra to file my nails in a certain shape... I'm a cosmetologist and nail tech myself so I can speak. Also charged me three dollars extra for matte top coat, again without even telling me before I agreed to it they just did it and then told me it was all extra at check out??? On top of that I asked for a scrub with my pedicure and she didn't do it, my heels are still rough (and they weren't even that bad to begin with but it was most of why I even got the pedicure) and the acrylic set wasn't done very well either. Unevenly filed (which remember I paid ten dollars extra for) the matte not covering all the edges so some parts are still shiny and all around only look good if you're looking from a distance... sorry but from a professional and clientele standpoint I would refer people far else where!!! I had my hair cut by Chloe last week. It's the only salon I've been to when I haven't had to go home an do my hair again. Have been quite a few times Chloe cut my hair today Aaron normally cuts it I had a groupon voucher but was unable to use it instead of explaining this was for first time customers only the ? manageress became very vocal saying no we won't accept that and charged me £42 for a literal 1/4 of an inch off a short hairstyle I asked why it was not £35 as advertised and she said that was for fine hair only !! Honestly the best experience I've had at a hairdressers. I got a full head of highlights and a cut, I have a serious amount of hair which can take a long time to do, everyone in the salon helped out at some point, and my hair looks the best it's ever been. Reletavly new place close to home. I had my nails put on here, and continue to get my balances done here. The people there are very friendly and the place is VERY CLEAN. If you ask me all the nail places around here are neck and neck. I don't see a whole lot of difference in the products, the people working, or the end results, however not every salon is this clean. I also like that I can get right in during the week if I come before noon. There is a large polish selection, nice television, magaziens to read, and nice dryers. The girl who does the designs is really good. The designs are hand painted, and not airbrushed, so I don't expect PERFECTION. The prices are right too. Read Less
