So first, my friend and I had appointments at one, didn’t sit down until 1:45. I think they should have had more than three girls there knowing they had appointments. That was annoying, but not a huge deal. So I paid the extra $5 for a matte top coat (🙄) and first there were a bunch of white spots. Because of that the girl doing my nails kept removing a tiny part and painting over it. Ended up putting like 6 coats of nail polish on my nails. Then switched to using a gel matte top coat and said she wasn’t charging me for it (nice gesture) it made my nail polish bubble and wrinkle up. She then removed everything and started over with a new color doing all gel without charging. That was nice but at this point I definitely deserved it. So after 2 1/2, almost 3 hours there I leave and noticed that not only were the edges not completely covered in the matte coat leaving bits glossy, there were “dips” in the actual acrylic nail, like it was not filed down smoothly. Now 7-8 hours later I have 3 different nails where the gel is peeling off. I have no idea how, I thought it was supposed to not chip. The girls were really nice and talked to us and the place was clean, however I was not happy with my service. I don’t know if the girl was new or what. I believe her name was LeLe? Very unprofessional! I have been to this salon twice, the first time was to remove my acrylics and they did a horrible job. The description of their services online are completely different than what they do. When I got my acrylics removed they are suppose to soak them. I was in the salon for an entire 5 mins not including my wait time because they literally ripped of my fake nails. They didn't have me soak my nails or complete it with a gloss finish. Not only was it very painful but my actual nails looked hideous. I decided to give them a second chance by going in to get a new full set acrylic done. I arrived around 12:30pm and waited for almost two hours before I decided to walk out. Four girls arrived at different times after me but they were all taken care of before me. I started getting my nails done in October. I have a gel full set and get balanced every 2-3 weeks. I can literally pull something I want on pinterest and they will do it for me to the T. OR even if I don't know what I want, just after two times of going they know who I am and what I like. So they just give me an idea and it turns out exactly how they described it. They hand draw all of the designs and they look spectacular! I LOVE going here and will not go anywhere else. I have had the owner work on my nails and another lady who is also very good and nice. I have only gone since the new owner and she is awesome. The whole place is clean and professional. The workers are hard working and extremely welcoming. You're treated like you're their actual friend, not just a customer. Because of my work schedule being very different, I can't make an appointment all of the time. I just walk in and they set me up! My mom and I made an appointment for the same day at the nail salon, neither one of us had been in here before, nor will we ever be back! The salon was clean, & the nail techs were friendly. However BOTH nail techs NEED MORE PRACTICE! With my "fill" it took my tech almost two hours to complete. When finished, my nails were so thick that I can hardly do anything with them. (I don't live around here, but I do get my nails done often!!) due to the acrylic being so thick, my nail tech burnt me SEVERAL TIMES! As for my mom... Her nails were 10 times worse than mine!! My mom got a a full set of acrylic nails. Her Tech must be brand new at doing acrylic nails.. Moms nails were so thick and looked HORRIBLE. Her tech NEVER ONCE used a dermal nail file on her. My mom sat in that chair over TWO and a HALF HOURS while the tech HAND FILED my moms nails. At one point, the owner/manager asked the nail tech if she needed help. We should've yelled, "YES! PLEASE HELP!!) but my mom and I aren't the kind of people that try to embarrass someone, and the nail tech "seemed" young and kind. However, that owner/manager should be closely watching and training these two nail techs. We knew our nails looked horrible, but we had been there so long, we just wanted to get the hell out of there. We finally paid almost $40 each and left as quickly as we could. Its under new management. NO comparison to the previous establishment. I didn't meet all the staff yet but the studio is attractive and very clean. My nail artist was very professional. I went Thursday afternoon on a whim, no appt. I waited maybe 20 minutes, and my full set is gorgeous. I suggest making an appointment because this salon is going to skyrocket! Prices are very reasonable. Worth the look-see. I would refer this salon to all my friends. And I have tasteful friends! Read Less

The shop has room for improvement. It is clean and pleasant. It is run by a Mother / Daughter team, which I like. However, the girls are quite frequently on their cell phones speaking with friends or family, not clients. Family and friends, including children, are in the shop often, just hanging out at the stations. And twice I waited over 20 minutes for the manager to show up for the first appointment of the day! My time is valuable. I understand being behind by the end of the day, but being 20 minutes late for the first appointment is inexcusable. Read Less
