I never post a review. But I need to. I used to get my nails done a lot and used to come to Regal Nails in the Wal Mart on Glendale when the Subway and Salon were practically next to each other. I used to get my nails done there because it was affordable. You get what you pay for right? That's understandable, but come on, why do you call yourself a nail tech? I truly felt as if I was on an Angela Johnson stand up. The nail tech, i don't even know his name bc that's not something that they do, took his time, that's ok, but I noticed that they were too wide, the nail tech next to us kept looking. That should have been my signal to run. I get up to wash my hands and noticed that they are crooked and had layers of acrylic that could have been used on another client. Picked out my color and was not satisfied, asked if he could fix the shape, I was told that that my finger are TOO BIG. I spoke with the manager, she told me, aw come back in a couple days and see if it sets right and if not come back we can fix it for you. Wait to see what set? The acrylic or wait to allow that to set in the time and money that I wasted. Now that doesn't mean that the other techs aren't amazing, but I unfortunately was given the bad Apple! Be blessed all. Do what you like, but I will no longer have Regal Nails at Wal Mart try to beautify my nails EVER AGAIN!

They are really nice and they get the job done... Came in for a last minute full set and they took me without having an attitude about it... Took two more after me... And same thing.. No negative atti...
They are really nice and they get the job done... Came in for a last minute full set and they took me without having an attitude about it... Took two more after me... And same thing.. No negative attitude... I love my nails! The lady who did my nails was friendly... I never got her name...

Today was my second time attempting to get my nails done at this place. The first time I was told to put my name on the list and she would call me when a chair opened while I shopped in Walmart. I was...
Today was my second time attempting to get my nails done at this place. The first time I was told to put my name on the list and she would call me when a chair opened while I shopped in Walmart. I was informed that chairs were opening and clients were filling them before I received a phone call. Sure enough. That statement was accurate. Well today, I called 5 minutes away from the door and was informed the current wait was 20 mins. When I arrived in the store, I was told forty five minutes. I placed my name on the list along with my phone number as I had before and returned to the nail shop approximately 40 mins later since I had not received a phone call as promised. I looked around and saw that every nail tech was on the beginning stage of doing other clients who arrived after me. Bad business due to customer service. Very rude and inconsiderate.

Today was my second time attempting to get my nails done at this place. The first time I was told to put my name on the list and she would call me when a chair opened while I shopped in Walmart. I was informed that chairs were opening and clients were filling them before I received a phone call. Sure enough. That statement was accurate.
