I went in to get gel nails, need to remind you this isn't my first time getting gel nails but it was my first time getting them done here. Now for one the nail tech used some type of gel looking type gel to do the nails now when I placed my hands under the light the gel started to run ( like leaking off to the side ) and it made a bubble, then after finishing she got up and left and said she was coming back and never did, bad customer service, all and all I can say I will never go back there and don't recommend anyone else to go either. I will just say I used to go to QQ nails off airport, but I will never go back after mimi from Regal nails did my nails. She TOOK her time, and push back cuticles. Best part ever my nails never lifted like some places I been nails always come off after 2 weeks. She does the best detail designs FREE hand. I will always come back to Regal nails to see this nail tech name Mimi. She is so detail and TAKES Her TIME. I never had such great quality done on my nails. Great place, VERY HAPPY CLIENT! For me it gets no better than Tiffany! She is thorough, takes her time, and does my nails exactly the way I like them. She is very nice and has the best personality. The first time I attemped to go to this salon was with my grandmother who goes there often. We noticed it seemed quite busy so we asked how long the wait was and she said only about ten minutes so we decided to stay. However it was 45 mins before they took my grandmother back to have her nails done and I waited another 45 mins and still no one had came to help me. So I left and got my nails done somewhere else. I decided to give them a second shot because my grandmother likes the one lady there to do her nails so I figured I would just go to the same place with her instead of dropping her off and going somewhere else. We got in much quicker this time, but the lady that did my nails did a HORRIBLE job. I asked her to take the paint off and do it over because it didn't look good, so she did, but she got the nail polish all over my hands and just left it there. After asking her to do it another time I decided to just deal with it. But later i was looking at them and very disapointed that some nails were much longer then others, one was very crooked and the acrylic had gone over my nails and unto my fingers which is very uncomfortable. So I decided to go back and ask them to fix them. Well they were quite busy and they quoted me a waiting time of 65 mins, Just to fix the paint. The lady at the desk told the owner thats all I wanted was just simply the paint to be fixed and she got an attitude, so I made an appointment for the next day. When I went in for my appointment it was just the owner and one other person working and a young man sitting there talking. So I picked out my polish color and the girl took the original polish off and redid my nails but the entire time I'm sitting there having my nails done the owner Danielle was talking about all theses fights shes been in and how some girl sued her because of a bar fight and how shes the wrong person to mess with and how much money she has, sounding extreemly trashy. Then they had the audacity to charge me for a polish change. I feel that if their shop did this terrible job on my nails they should be responsible for fixing it if I wanted to pay I surely wouldn't have went back to the place that messed them up in the first place.  So needles to so I won't ever be going back to this shop and I'll let others know what I think of it too.
