They offer massage, hair replacement options including reasonably priced but beautiful wigs and hair pieces for men and women! Customer service from the front desk was terrible. She was texting and I was standing right in front of her just waiting to check in. I finally said something and she responded with oh honey you should have said something. There are bells on the door, it's not hard to hear them. The nail tech was good. The front desk ignored me when I walked in. She was busy texting someone until I said something to her. The nail tech did a good job. I was told that my nail tech would be aware that I only had an hour an a half before I needed to be at work but she was not aware of that. I wouldn't say it was horrible but I wasn't impressed. I had a 60 minute massage by andrea. She was AMAZING!! Let me know all that she was going to do and made sure not to touch my face! The only complaint is that the noise in the lobby could be heard in the massage room. It would be great if all i could hear was the music and andrea telling me it is time to flip over!! Terrible customer service. They've called and cancel every appointment I've made. The appointment I made with them a month ago no one called to cancel. I drove 30 minutes to get there and when I got there they said they had it marked someone called me to cancel. That was not the case. Not only was it grossly overpriced, it was sub par service, equipment, and environment. I could have done a better job at home, and the pedi was silly-soaking your feet in a tiny plastic bowl that was burning to the touch on the bottom. If I could give 0 stars I would😠upon walking into the salon 4 of us wanted a Mani/pedi no one greeted us right away...however once the older lady did acknowledge us she appeared annoyed that we would even ask for a Mani/pedi w/o an appointment... Horrible customer service soon as I walked in, it took a while for someone to greet me and when she finally came her attitude was awful. Myself and three others came to get Mani and pedi with a coupon from Groupon, the older lady stopped us in mid sentence and said "o no u have to make an appointment for that, and anyway both of these ladies are on their last customer"😠 I believe it was a better tone she could have used with us other than the snotty stuck up way she said it.
