I didn’t even get to get my spa mani/pedi that I purchased through Groupon. I called and made my appointment, mind you this is for my wedding on WEDNESDAY in Las Vegas, we’re leaving Monday night/Tuesday morning, so I made the appointment with the lady for 1pm today, Sunday. I drove 40 minutes to get there (my mistake I didn’t realize it was that far when we purchased the Groupon), only to get there to find the place closed with the door locked, even though the hours of operation said they should have been open. I’m aware for this weekend the hours were limited, I just don’t understand why you would make an appointment someone only to be closed! Thankfully I got in to one tomorrow at a different place, otherwise I would be pedi-less and nail-less at my wedding because of this place!Read Less

Take the stars down please. You go to rate and it hits all five. I'd give them a - 0. First time and last. The owner needs to know her business better made a apptment and waited three hrs of my time for the one who said she can do arychlic nails was the most unqualified and uninformed manicurist. Said because my nails curled under and to bristle and then gave me so much bs it was laughable. Went to LA nails took 45 mins cheaper and there beautiful. The manicurist seemed lazy and unfit, Ed by. You dilemma. And a tip to the owner don't let your employee talk about the customer who just left In from of me. What u say a about me when I left. Dont waste your time ladies their rude and obviously don't know or what to do their job. I've never go back. But my nails are very beautiful and I'm happy they rushed me in. Heads up. Wasted my day. Tried to schedule an appointment for myself and my friend, while asking for hours of operation, prices, additional procedures, I was met with a lot of huffing and puffing and major attitude from Tangela, when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was advised she is the owner, I replied I would never set foot in her business and would be sure to let anyone who would listen if the owner is as rude and obnoxious as she I can only imagine how bad the employees must be...Tangela obviously customer service is NOT your strong point, at the very least you've lost 2 potential customers, and if I can help if many more to come! Great place to get a pedicure and manicure. Very nice staff and a professional job. My daughter got gel polish with leaves painted on her fingernails. They turned out great. The foot message is fantastic, for the pedicure too!! We will be going back soon!! Read Less

We found Nail Fanatics when we were planning a pedi party for my bestfriend. This salon was amazing!!!! They were so nice & extremely professional. The shop is so cute.
