Very rude always on their cell phones I thought that this was a great place for myself and my daughter to have our nails done Not!!!!!! ! Blond lady plus the owner plus the girl who has the black hair are so rude worst attitudes ever i will not recommended my friends there ever again.

Don't come here these women are rude ! They have some of the worst attitudes I have ever seen in a place of business! Me and my mother are always looking for one solid place to go get our nails done and we thought we would give this place a try . We have went to them for awhile and also brought them customers into the store and how do they show their appreciation I'll tell you how .....my mom works everyday sometimes really late and sometimes she over sleeps because she is a hard worker we missed a 10 am appointment and as soon as we woke up we called lush to reschedule for a 1pm appointment she said okay so me and my mom drove all the way from Perrysburg out Alexis just for some rude ass girl to be waiting at the front to tell us it's going to be a 10 dollar reschedule fee PER person mind you we are repeat customers who bring business into their store!! Why wouldn't they tell us that over the phone we would not of wasted gas driving to lush nails when we could of just went to perrysburg! The girl who normally does my mom's nails did not speak up for my mom as she had tipped her greatly over the last couple months she had been seeing her ... Long story short they overcharge they are rude and I wouldn't recommend them ever to people.

I have never been treated as badly as this place treated me, I walked in, waited 30 min then left, not one of the 5 employees said hello or can I help you. I work with the public and have never blatantly igored a customer like these ladies did. Will never go back or recommend to anyone

The ladies were very welcoming and pleasant to be around. The place was well kept up with the sterilization of the chairs/tables/tools/floor/tub's/etc. They even listened to everything that I had asked for and what I wanted done for now and for the future appointments. Not once did they try to pawn me off on somebody else. Nor did they persuade my mind into changing due to their lack of talents. Goal Oriented! The Estimated Prices: Regular acrylic nails: balance start $19, repairs $3each nail, gel polish $12, design on every nail $10-$15.... That's a few days after getting them balanced my nails grow fast they did a greatest job

The staff could be more professional. They are always on their phones at there stations texting, facebooking and gossiping. They have a break room but they never shut the door, and it takes away from the atmasphere. Would have giving 2 starts but they have great nail technicians. The shop owner should be more aware of the face her team presents.

I went here on a whim to get gel nails. I'm happy I gave it a shot. The stylist (Linda) was able to see me right away even though I didn't have an appointment (they do walk ins only on Friday and Saturday .) She was very gentle with my nails (other places have made me bleed) and did a great job. She also cleaned up my cuticles which other places charge more for. I also like that they don't charge to remove the old gel polish like most other places do. I also like the little extras they added like the sugar scrub and the available lotion. It's priced average at $30, but this makes up for it. Stylists were professional and took their time. I was very satisfied and plan to return.

ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD. I always drive by the place and think it'll be nice to drop in and give them a chance. Wrong idea. The door was closed so it smelled SO bad in the room because of the chemicals. After waiting 30 minutes to even get in a chair, my head was hurting because of the chemicals and at that point I wanted to leave. The woman who did my nails rushed to do them. The woman next to me was getting a balance and it took her nail tech longer to do her balance than it took my nail tech to do my full set. About 5 minutes into the set my nose started gushing blood. The dry air was the cause of course. Blah, blah, blah, A week later and I'm already losing nails. I had to start gluing them back on. Worst experience, won't be returning ever again in my life. Would give zero stars if possible.

I was trying to find a new salon in toledo and this was not the place. From the phone call the receptionist was rude. But i really needed my nails done so i went anywayI don't know if they hadn't had there coffee yet it was early i was the first customer. All 3 of the girls had attitudes. The girl who did ny nails was very condiscending and made it seen like she had better things to do. I must add that i was happy with my nails. It was weird that they kept mentioning how they had clients booked for months in advance, like i should be impressed. Well i wasn't. I have been to far better nail salons. I will never go back there or spend my money with such ungrateful people

The only place I go to for gel and acrylics. Everyone is friendly. THEY LISTEN TO WHAT YOU WANT! My nails, both with acrylics and gel last much longer than other places I've been to. I saw a review about someone using a phone, and while it may be true, most salons have people using their phones. Book in advance is best, but they accept walk-ins, although it may be a wait if you do.

The only nice thing I can say is that the girls seemed nice. I went in to remove gel polish and get a mani while I was at it. She left the foil wrap things on my fingers for 25 minutes before taking them off, I eventually told her it was burning my finger and took it off myself. I'm surprised that I have any fingernail left with the way that she filed the gel off. My fingertips are raw from her filing my skin. The polish looks horrible and she left lots of polish on my skin. She bumped two nails and had to redo them and wrinkled the undercoat while painting. It was horrible. Worst mani I've ever gotten. Oh, AND she didn't even take all the gel off.

First time I had my nails balanced by julie they came out pretty good... enough for me to return. The next time she was not paying any attention to what she was doing... umm my nails? she was talking over my head to a customer about their husbands she was also talking to every customer who came in even though there was a receptionist? I need thick acrylic an asked for that again when done I said idk I think their to thin. 2 were broke w/in 10 days they literally lifted right off my nail. I went back a 3 time an thought everyone has off days well its been 15 days and 3 are lifted the first one after only 6days? An when I cashed out the 2 time she was gonna charge me full price to repair them? I dont think that was right it wasnt my fault... I explained this to her an with a full blown attitude she aggreed to take it off the bill but then charged me more for an accent nail and tax so the price was basically the same... SMHI will never go back!

The staff could be more professional. They are always on their phones at there stations texting, facebooking and gossiping. I went here on a whim to get gel nails. I'm happy I gave it a shot. The stylist (Linda) was able to see me right away even though I didn't have an appointment (they do walk ins only on Friday and Saturday .) She was very gentle with my nails (other places have made me bleed) and did a great job. She also cleaned up my cuticles which other places charge more for. I also like that they don't charge to remove the old gel polish like most other places do. I also like the little extras they added like the sugar scrub and the available lotion. ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD. I always drive by the place and think it'll be nice to drop in and give them a chance. Wrong idea. The door was closed so it smelled SO bad in the room because of the chemicals. After waiting 30 minutes to even get in a chair, my head was hurting because of the chemicals and at that point I wanted to leave. The woman who did my nails rushed to do them. The only nice thing I can say is that the girls seemed nice. I went in to remove gel polish and get a mani while I was at it. She left the foil wrap things on my fingers for 25 minutes before taking them off, I eventually told her it was burning my finger and took it off myself. I'm surprised that I have any fingernail left with the way that she filed the gel off. My fingertips are raw from her filing my skin. The polish looks horrible and she left lots of polish on my skin. She bumped two nails and had to redo them and wrinkled the undercoat while painting. It was horrible. Worst mani I've ever gotten. Oh, AND she didn't even take all the gel off.
