Was just there today trying to burn some time around Toledo. I called and they got me in right away. A great experience and welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. The girls were so nice and Stacy gave a fantastic pedicure. The music was a nice touch, and the TV was off, which I thought was nice. A very personal vibe, encouraging conversation amongst strangers. Everyone was really nice but the pedicure was so not worth the $60 they charge. There was nothing special about what they do...just standard lotion and scrub and they didn't even massage like every other place I've been to. Definitely not worth my hard earned money.Read Less

Disappointed in the mani/pedi I received. I have been to the salon a few times before my last visit and was happy with their services. However, this time was much different. It seemed as though the services provided were rushed. My cuticles were slightly trimmed, but they were not pushed back at all. They look as though they were not even touched. Walked right in. Younger girls were the only ones working and they were so polite and nice and made me feel like an old friend. It was nice not to feel judged or like they felt like they were better than me. I will definitely be back. I just moved to the area and have been looking for a place for my pedicures. I had a great experience - from the excellent, friendly customer service from everyone to the polish selection and the massage chairs.  My technician, Tracy, did an excellent pedicure and made me feel right at home.  She took her time at every step and made my feet look and feel great!  The next time I'm in town, I'll certainly be back! Ehh... typical nail salon. Very small inside. Work done was ok. Nothing spectacular. They have no storage for their stock so they stack boxes behind the pedicure chairs. They also spoke in their native language for the majority of our visit. I don't really care for that. Will not be going back. Read Less

I go here often and they clean my feet up and have them feeling comfortable in my cleats every time I put them on. Every time I'm in there everyone is having a good time, services are top notch, clean and smells good in the store. I have zero complaints for this salon and their services. Highly recommended. Best and most fun place to ever work! My mother owns this salon and I work here. A mani pedi is actually $55 not $45 anymore. That is not including gel, All services must be taxed, so consider prices then add the tax. A french is 5 dollars extra. We DO NOT do acrylic nails, this is a green air salon. All of our tools are inspected and approved by state board, properly sanitized and stored. We will retrieve new tools with each customer. Read Less

When I questioned my charges, referring to the $45 for combined Pedi and Mani, the owner stated she didn't know who put that on the website. When I asked who managed the site I couldn't get an answer. It is now a week later and I see the price of $45 still appears. OK. Then I was told the price was actually $55. I agreed to a $5 upcharge for a French Manicure, which I consider reasonable, and then suddenly my total jumped to $64. That's funny math. Back to the green. The salon does not perform services on artificial nails so they consider themselves green. Also, the cuticle trimmers were not cleaned, let alone sterilized before being used on me. I don't often feel so strongly inclined to write a review for an establishment, but Lisa's is fantastic. No frills, but you will get a great pedicure and the service is so friendly and personalized- you'll feel right at home.  Lisa knows everyone who walks in the door, and you can see the pride in her work.  My mom and I received one of the best pedicures we've had in our life, and if we go anywhere in Toledo again, it will definitely be back here!  Thanks ladies!!!  You're all too sweet! My friend and I wanted a last minute manicure and pedicure. After walking in to another nail salon and being told it would be a two hour wait, we called Lisa's. She told told us to come on over and she would take us right away. Lisa is the friendliest and most customer oriented nail lady I've ever met! Not only did she and her daughter do a fantastic job on our nails, but she also went above and beyond to drive us to a nearby place where i could get some flip flops so I didn't ruin my pedicure! Visiting family from out of state. Went to Lisa's Manicure & Pedicure Spa. What a great experience. Lisa greets everyone at the door so warmly. All of her employees are very personable. I had a manicure, pedicure and eyebrows waxed. Fabulous job.The spa is clean and cheerful. Small panda chairs for young girls who want to have pedicures.Definitely the best place to go in Toledo.
