The salon has a very convenient location but extremely horrible service! I stopped in for a quick nail repair on ONE fingernail before my vacation. The man who did my nail was very rough and unfriendly, my finger was in pain for two days after this experience. He did a very sloppy job and when I asked him to shape my nail in a coffin shape to match the others he became frustrated and began screaming at me telling me to "get out, I can't do it!" as he walked into the back office room. I was completely embarrassed and confused as to what happened. No other employees even reacted as if this were his normal behavior and he left my nail completely messed up with no polish or anything! Needless to say because of my time crunch and poor choice to stop there I was forced to go on vacation with one unfinished and unpolished nail! I have gone to this business for many years. They have always been polite and accommodating. They haven't raised their prices so it's a good price compared to other salons, they don't charge extra for French acrylic nails as every other salon I have gone to does, and they repair any broken nails at my regular fill at no cost. They may not have as much equipment as other salons but they do excellent work, are fast, and I would highly recommend the business. Read Less

Convenient location so I really wish they were better equipped, did more quality work and maybe another tech. I decided to give them one more chance today and it was a mistake again. The gentleman that does nails there doesn't want to be there I think and does a very half job on his services. I showed the lady and the man how much polish he got on my skin around my toes and they didn't do anything about it. My pedicure looks like it was done by a 2yr old. Will never go back here. I came in for a pedicure with my niece. The staff seemed almost irritated that we came in for service. It was after 5pm and their sign said they were closing at 8pm. We tried to go yesterday at 6pm and they were closed when the sign said 8pm. The pedicures seemed rushed and my feet are just as rough and calloused as they were before I went. Came in today for a pedicure. It was empty so I got right in! The man who did my pedicure did a nice job and spent extra time getting rid of the blister scabs off of my feet (so yucky but I am so appreciative that he did that). My only disappointment was they didn't have many shellac colors if I were to come back for a manicure. I could ask next time I'm in if they have more I suppose. Not that great! Was out of town looked at the other two reviews and though very cool. Only Lee and Tom working and Tom doesn't do gel so Barb and myself had to pick who got what she said she didn't really care and wanted to change the color in a week so I decided to get the gel. Which is kind of sad when both people want to do that.After I was done I noticed that there was a ton of space between the color and the top looks a week to two weeks old and I just finished it. No hand massage no lotion or oils just a lazy half ass job.Don't recommend to visitor. Read Less

I love coming here.   I have had acrylic nails off and on for at least 25 yeras, and Lynn and Tom have been the ONLY ones who don't nick my cuticles, cause scrapes, bounce off my nails and hit my fingers.   Painless.   They do an excellent job, especially Lynn.  They keep a TV on in full sight, on a station that appeals to almost everyone. I've been going to Lee Nails since high school and even after moving to Columbus 4 years ago, I still get a manicure every time I visit my folks. Lynn is my favorite and is always super nice, and the inside is clean and sanitary. Only downside is the annoying dog grooming salon that started next door. But for $13 you get a great full manicure!
