My gel manicure came off one nail and I did a walk in. They took me within 10 mins, they didn't have an exact match so they did an accent silver glitter nail. Looks great and the staff was very nice and professional. Highly recommend this nail spa.

I love the look and cleanliness of the salon. The customer service my husband and I received was well below expectations. I had several gift cards and each time I went I felt the same way. I'm a professional brown woman and I just get the feeling that this is not a place for me. I asked if I could soak my feet for a few minutes and you would have thought that I asked for a steak. I will no longer visit a place that doesn't value me. I never write reviews but, I'm tired of being treated like my money isn't green. I'm so angry. The more I think about how I Wasn't treated the more upset I become. The pedicure was basic, the young lady wasn't rude but she was cold, not friendly and made little to no eye contact with me. #youwon'tgetmymoneyanymore

Had an appointment with Chelsea today. She was fantastic. First time client at this salon and already booked another appointment. I have acrylic nails and needed a balance along with two repairs. She did an excellent job and the salon was extremely clean and very pretty. The receptionist working was very polite and helpful as well.

The ambience of this salon is very nice. I have been there around four times and the experience has been the same every visit. The employees are personable and very hard working. But I hear comments from them about bookings and time being so tight that if a customer changes their mind on a service than there is absolutely no room in the schedule for a change, even if it comes to just a few minutes. I've even arrived to hear that what I was scheduled for wasn't what they had in their books and had to get told that they could fit me in but next time schedule differently. They assumed I made the mistake. For the money the pedicures have been alright, but I have gotten much better ones at a similar salon. I get the sense that this salon is more about making money and moving customers along than caring about the customer experience.

My wife & I have been in Toledo a little over a year. We liked our old nail place back home. It took us a few tries, but we finally found somewhere we like as much. Jonathon Khoi Nail Spa is great. The staff is friendly & knowledgeable. It's very easy to walk-in & see how clean the facility is. This location is the only nail place we go in Toledo.

This is a great place. Very clean and everyone there is super friendly. I've had different nail tech each time I've been there and they are all great. I like that they take time to make sure my nails look good, it's not just some rushed job, like some other places. I would recommend to anyone in the Maumee/Toledo area.

I love the look and cleanliness of the salon. The customer service my husband and I received was well below expectations. I had several gift cards and each time I went I felt the same way. I'm a professional brown woman and I just get the feeling that this is not a place for me. I asked if I could soak my feet for a few minutes and you would have thought that I asked for a steak. I will no longer visit a place that doesn't value me. I never write reviews but, I'm tired of being treated like my money isn't green. I'm so angry. This is a great place. Very clean and everyone there is super friendly. I've had different nail tech each time I've been there and they are all great. I like that they take time to make sure my nails look good, it's not just some rushed job, like some other places. I would recommend to anyone in the Maumee/Toledo area.
