They are never on time even if you have an apt. They sit an talk about in chinese when you ask them about something this business needs some improvement with customer service. The wait here is terrrrrrrible. Has been each time I've gone. This last time, I got Brittany, who did an amazing job on my acrylics. I'll be going back just for her. But the last time I came, I waited over an hour (again), and got pretty bad service. Lee got up quite a few times to help others and a random worker ended up finishing my set. They were lumpy looking and broke quickly. They are very nice people, but not so organized. They need to work on getting customers served quicker. Read Less

Love them for pedicures but went for an emergency full set and waited almost 2 hours. Simply asked for a French tip and she literally put white tips and acrylic and a clear coat. Then tried to charge me for a gel set. Never again! Read Less

If I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately I'm required to give at least one. I came here with two friends with an appointment for 3:00 and we weren't taken until at least 4:00. The girl who did my pedicure (I believe her name was Janessa, she had script tattoos on her left forearm) honestly did a horrible job. I'm really not a critical person but this was literally the worst pedicure I've ever had in my entire life. She started out my trimming my nails, which turned out very uneven. She pushed my cuticles back (not even all the way) and began to trim around the nail but missed basically everything that needed to be trimmed. She started to paint the base coat and I needed to remind her to put in toe separators. When she was painting on the color I chose, she kept bumping into the wet polish with her chest and forearms and attempting to cover up the smudges which didn't work. My toenails honestly looked better before I walked into this place. For $32 I would at least expect quality service, but that's not what I received. I've never in my life had such a horrible experience at a nail salon. Read Less

I went today no appt, the girl who usually does my nails was not in. Ms lily did my nails and they came out horrible. She hurt my finger with the drill I immediately cried out "ouch" she said nothing. Not even sorry or are you ok. She never washed or sanitized her hands in between doing myself and 2 other females back and forth not once! I was disgusted. She shaped my nails in the worst way. Most of them are really wide and 2 of them were jagged in which I pointed out 1 she reluctantly fixed it. I'll go back just wont let her do my nails ever again. Smh Read Less

Lily is amazing. Sincere , friendly & she will remember your name and things about you even if you've only seen her once. It doesn't matter how long since you were there, you are always welcome & treated like an old friend. I have been using their services for years, now, & not once have I been anything but extremely satisfied. I used my daughter's salon while in Vegas with her. It took 2 months for a deep abrasion higher on my heel, actually my lower ankle, than even should have been touched to heal. It also cost a lot more! Do not go here. My friend and I came here to get pedicures and after about 20 minutes they told us two chairs were ready. When we both sat down my friend started to get her pedicure first and I was just sitting in the water for over an hour. They didn't adjust the temperature of my water at all because they were all too busy. I'm never coming back here again because I shouldn't have to wait an hour just to get a pedicure, especially when it wasn't that busy. Read Less

This place is swamped. And they aren't accurate with telling you how long you will wait as a walkin. My girlfriend and I came in, me for a pedicure, her for a full acrylic set, and were told they could start my pedicure right away and her full set within 10 minutes. 40 minutes later they finally got her in a chair! We would never have stayed if we had known she would have to wait that long!!Having said that the pedicure was very well done and she didn't rush it and was very attentive.  The prices were not outrageous. Great exfoliation from the cracked heels I picked up after 2 weeks in Vegas. My feet felt brand new! The girl who did my friend's full set kept stopping to look at check lists and direct the other stylists and answer the phones and greet the new people walking in the door. It took nearly 2 hours for my friend and I to get out the door. They had 10 nail techs doing pedicures and 6 doing finger nails. My advice is book an appointment and be prepared to wait if you want to get your fingernails done!! Read Less

Great work, but the wait time is ridiculous. No matter the day of the week even if you make an appointment, you will wait for at least an hour. I write this as I've been waiting for an hour and 15 minutes from a 5pm appointment. Very upsetting when you don't have all day to sit around a nail salon! Read Less

The staff was friendly but I did not have a great pedicure.  The products were good but my hot towels were cold, the lotions were used sparingly and the way they polished my toes I immediately had chipped nails within 24 hours.  In 48 hours 2 nails were void of polish.  I won't be going back here anytime soon. Amazed at how well Lee does acrylic nails.  Fixed my damaged spots perfectly.  Really took his time to make my nails nice.  First time ever, I didn't have to go home and file a bit.  I'm a licensed manicurist so I know how tough it can be to fix lifting and broken nails.  Lee mastered it!  Also had Lily and D and both were good.  Julie is always super sweet and welcoming. I use to go to this place about 10 years ago when I lived in Toledo, so I decided to get a pedicure while in town. I called and asked for pricing, was quoted 31.00 and the board in the salon stated 31.00 for a pedicure. After checking out my receipt said 33.00--figured I wouldn't make a fuss. So why fuss now? Two days later my big toe is chipping and 4/5 days later my other big toe is chipping. Toledo, OH is the only place that I have received pedicures that chip the first week. This is the 3rd place in this city that has such poor quality of pedicures. The kicker Toledo is the most expensive place I have received a pedicure compared to cities like LA, Chicago, NYC, Orlando, Dallas, etc. I absolutely hate getting my nails done in this city and places like JJ Nails are why. Higher prices and poor quality. Two stars because my nail tech was nice and service was fast. The salon is run down. Garbage bags on the wall--idk if they are remodeling? Massage chairs are falling apart and the place is pretty run down--a lot has happened in 10 years. I usually go to the place inside the mall. I decided to give this place a try. I love their pedicure chairs so much better!! They actually massage!!! My nail tech, Janee, made sure my water was nice & warm & kept rewarming it as needed. She worked away the rough spots on my feet and paid close attention to detail with my polish. Staff isn't too friendly, with the exception of Sandra and the woman who was the "receptionist."I came in and asked them to hand file instead of drill my nails for a fill in. One of the best for pink and white nails and for the gel. Although they make the nails a tad wider than what it should be. Good job and take their time. Not a place to go if you need a design although a nice clean classy look is good. The pedicures are horrible and they repeatedly mess up but the manicures are amazing. :) Read Less
