This place is terrible. I brought my girlfriend here to get her nails and feet done and the guy that did them cut them way too short and exposed the skin under the nail. She also caught him mixing alcohol in the nail polish. The next day she called me complaining that her nails were hurting a lot and that the nail polish was chipping already. She called and they told her she had to go in so she can get a refund. When I took her in she asked for the manager and some woman claimed she was the manger. She began to explain what was wrong then the girl walked away mid sentence. Some other guy then came in and he was trying to blame her for the bad service and refused to give her a refund for the bad job that they did. I've had good experiences every time I've gone here. I do a dip manicure with Jason when I get my nails done, and he's always attentive and quick. I recommend making an appointment, especially if you're planning a weekend visit. If you don't have an appointment, be prepared to wait! Read Less

Not worth the extra money. I really like the powder dip nails but I have been disappointed each of the three visit after the first one. The girl that originally gave me the dip nails has left Espres Nails and each technician since has been poor. Last visit, the gentleman could not find the top coat for the powder dip and instead used a gel top coat. When I questioned this he said that it was even better. I go to Betty and absolutely love her. I have referred two friends of mine already who also say great things about her. She introduced me to the dipping powder for my nails and I love it although it is a bit pricey for every time. I get compliments on my nails all the time. I walked in hoping to get my eyebrows done for my wedding and decided to leave with a full set. I didn't wait long at all but I also went on a Wednesday in the middle of the day. The nail tech did a wonderful job with my eyebrows. Definitely the best they have ever looked. She also did my nails and hand painted my accent nail. Definitely will come back! Read Less

Waited 20mins for my scheduled appointment. When I was walking out of the door a nail tech came up front and asked to help me. I told her I was getting ready to leave because of my long wait. This salon is beautiful! I used to go to Fancy Nails and don't think I'm ever going back. 3 of us wanted to get our nails done last night and called last minute and they FIT US IN! It is such a beautiful environment. We all go full sets of acrylics with gel polish and we all love them! My color is slightly thin on a few nails but that alright and one has air bubblea in it so I'm going back to get that fixed today. The owners are so sweet and very funny. I travel alot for work, and was in toledo today.I had a little free time in the morning and was in serious need of a manicure This was local, looked nice, and I thought I would give it a shot.Jason helped me, and he mentioned that he had just started. While the mall has a nice layout and good selection of stores the management is very poor.SECURITY: You do see both mall security and on some occasions off-duty Toledo Police officers but, there are not enough of them. Further you rarely see them break up groups of kids standing in the isles, yelling, using profanity, or loitering. There is supposed to be a city and mall curfew that dictates certain age groups have to be accompanied by adults, but I cannot see where it is enforced unless a serious fight breaks out. The congregation of kids is intimidating to shoppers. I see elderly people veering away from the groups in an effort to avoid contact. The kids are loud and rude making other customers in their path move out of the way. The parking lots are well lit, but you hardly ever see a security vehicle when you go to your car. Prior to Westfield taking over you would always see security both inside and outside. In the mall they would stop groups and make them move on. Now...nothing.CLEANLINESS: The food court is also well laid out with plenty of tables, but the cleaning staff pretty much sucks. On many occasions we would spend 30-60 minutes there and never see anyone come by. When they do, they clean poorly. Last time we went there we passed a number of tables that had left over food wrappings, spilled milk or pop, chocolate smeared on the table, food on the chairs and one table had full milk container spilled on the table, chair, and floor right by the steps. We waited and no one came by. As we were ready to leave I was going to put a chair in front of it so no one would fall and a cleaner came up, but that was too long to leave it that way. Another time we watched a cleaner come up to a groups of dirty tables, empty the trash can and move on, another came up and picked up the wrappers and...moved on, and finally another came up and wiped all the excess food to the floor and moved on. Inefficient and poorly done. The fact that they stayed dirty as long as they did says to me that the manager should be fired.CONCLUSION: If a place is uncomfortable to go to then how can I be expected to spend my money there? THE SOUND SHOULD BE ON DURING THE PREVIEWS. FINALLY THE SOUND AND MOVIE CAME ON. WE WENT TO GO SEE PREDITATOR AND WAS LISTED AT 10;30 END STORY. WE WENT AT 10;30 AM AND IT WAS TO BE P.M. BUT NOT LISTED IN PAPER AS PM, OR EVEN AM WHICH I SHOULD HAVE SAID 10;30 P.M. RIGHT;;?????????SINCE RAVE TOOK OVER THE MOVIE HOUSE HAS POOR, LOUSEY SERVICE. I WANTED TO FIND OUT WHEN A MOVIE STARTED, TRY CALLING THEIR NUMBER , HA HA WHAT A JOKE. COULDN'T FIND TIME, THEN I TRIED ON LINE, JUST AS BAD, COULDN'T GET A REVIEW ABOUT MOVIES. Chick-Fil A has the tastiest Chciken sandwich. You can choose from crispy or grilled and it is done to perfection. The lines are long but that is for a good reason and it is worth the wait. Add a side of waffle fries and you have a meal. Great customer service as well . 5 Stars Read Less
