Very unhappy and furious of the service I received from Tom's wife, she has never liked me she was not smiling had to ask her to turn on music or something it was dead slient and no customers...she started off by saying do I agree with charges with calculator in her hand she charged me $75. for balance and gel color change and $75. for pedi she got mad and started yeling out side to her husband Tom to come in because I ask her to clip toe nails down a litte more the whole bill was $162. 61 I did not plan on spending almost 200 hundred to be treated like caca I will not be back she told me to leave when I was in her chair getting pedicure I never seen anything like it. I was there way too long. It had been more than 5 yrs or more, since I had been there what a joke no wonder they ran all their customers away so it seems. she told me the price board does not mean anything i'm going to the BBB about the business ways prices and treatment, go at your own risk. They ripped me off and treated me like caca bad business! will not be back any day!! Hey learn how to treat people get professional!

I went at 630 and was told they were closed when the sign read walk ins until 8pm. I was turned away because no workers. Do not go to this place.

Do not go here! There are only 2 workers. The man and his wife. The man does great on the nails, but the wife butchered my toes! I paid $87 for an acrylic fill w/ gel polish and a pedicure. She did not scrub my feet and left rough patches and she cut a chunk of skin off my toe! She was very rough and acted like it was my fault it happened and kept trying to paint it as blood is just flowing out. Almost cost $100 just so i could leave injured... Save your money and your toes!

Got in fast put me in chair that only do lower back and Pedi only took 5min. No attention they usually take at the least ,20min will never come back they suppose to do full leg massage nope not worth ...

Fantastic service. All the girls are very welcoming. I'm a nightmare when it comes to my hair and it was in a real state. Haley did an amazing job sorting me out and we now have a plan of action which has given me a lot of reassurance. I highly recommend Style lab.

Have been coming here since the beginning and never have I had a bad experience. Always ask for the impossible with my hair and they always advise and do the best!! Recently came for my nails and semi perm eyelashes before my holiday - coming home 8 days after and after a water park and they still look amazing☆ Thank you so much style team! <3 x

Worst pedicure in the world! I tried this place not only once but gave them a second chance, there are only two people who work there so it takes a very long time before you can get in and the service SUCKS! The lady hurt my feet VERY bad and was very unapologetic and rough. I don’t know how this place is even open, terrible!

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Worst pedicure I've ever had, no massage, still had rough patches afterwards... gel lamp was going in and out and the lady acted like it was something I was doing wrong.. took her longer to paint my nails than to do the entire pedicure. Will never be back!!

Horrible. Stopped here with my mum while in town for a visit. I wanted a pedicure and she wanted a manicure. The place was spacious but there were only two people working on a Saturday morning. Luckily we got in right away but there soon came in others who had to wait. The woman who did my pedicure took no time to massage my feet, let me soak, or anything else typically associated with a standard pedicure. She also used a cheese grater on my heels, which I find unsanitary. Worst of all, she cut my skin with the cuticle cutter and I bled. She tried putting the blue liquid on it to help it heal and put pressure on it, but it didn't do any good. When I went to dry, I saw they have no dyers - just little fans they aim at your feet or hands. They did barely anything. Then when I brought my feet out from under the fan to be sprayed with a quick dyer, I saw the blood had pooled over my entire nail. I saw it just as the guy sprayed my feet and the spray literally made the wet blood splatter onto my skin. I asked him for a Kleenex. He tried to bring over that blue gel and I told him NO - I just needed a Kleenex at this point to soak up the blood. It ruined my polish (which was still wet). I'm praying I don't get an infection. Also, my mum's manicure wasn't dry an hour later and when she washed her hands after lunch, two of her nails got smudged. NOT worth the $35 for a pedicure and $16 for a manicure. That's more expensive than NYC prices where I've gone, with far less pampering, and far MORE blood involved.

Horrible. Stopped here with my mum while in town for a visit. I wanted a pedicure and she wanted a manicure. The place was spacious but there were only two people working on a Saturday morning. Luckily we got in right away but there soon came in others who had to wait.
