When they do designs its a lil sloppy and some time they tuck the extra acrylic under the nail and its painful when it dries.

Terrible experience. If I could give zero stars I would. never been treated so terrible and had to go to A1 nails to get my nails fixed. So sad🙁 However, A1 Nails in Troy fixed my nails and did them ...
Terrible experience. If I could give zero stars I would. never been treated so terrible and had to go to A1 nails to get my nails fixed. So sad🙁 However, A1 Nails in Troy fixed my nails and did them better than Pretty nails ever has! Just sad. This place use to be so good.

The man that works there always does my nails and they always look amazing and never break before it's time for a fill. Nice, clean atmosphere.

They did an okay job but very quick. I still had to use my pedi scraper and my toe nails could still be trimmed up.

I went in for a French manicure for my wedding. The first one was crooked and didn't fully cover my nails. (The gentlemen doing my nails seemed more interested in the soap opera on TV than in doing my nails) The topcoat was really stringy and goopy and got all over my fingertips.
I had them redo it (which they were pilot about) so they airbrushed it. It looked gorgeous, but within 24 hours 4 nails have chipped. Goopy top coat again.
I guess you get what you pay for... It was a $15 manicure

All of the staff were very nice. They weren't rough when doing my nails. Only bummer was they do not have waxing services, otherwise, it was a positive experience.
