The gentleman has done my nails (shellac) twice there and each time they are bubbled, sloppy and peel before the 1st week. Paid for the manicure and barely trimmed my cuticles.  Took a break while soaking my nails, in the container everyone soaks their nails in, to go out and smoke.  Did not wash his hands and reeked of cigarettes and coffee while painting my nails. The female did a better job.  The entire shop is filthy, dusty and you can tell they just go in to do nails, no pride in their place of business. It could use a deep cleaning once a month.  I gave it a few chances and  just disappointed with the last $35 I spent there. I would look elsewhere. Read Less

I tried 2 salons in Stow. I ended up walking out of both. Not clean, rude, take people they know before people who have been waiting. Anyway, I went to Crystal Nails today and am very happy. Andie did a full set for me and they look awesome! Such a cool and down to earth girl. I'm definitely going back! Everyone was friendly and smiled. It's hard to find a great place like this. Lady quoted me one price then ran my card for a higher price ... when I inquired, she gave some weird reason why that didn't even make any sense at all. I asked a second time how is it this price when you said it was a different price while doing my nails, her 2nd reasoning was different than the first. I have gone here since I was 16 and that was 10+ years ago. Have tried other places but they just do not compare. Tommy & Tiffany are great at what they do and they are wonderful people as well. Love going here and the prices are reasonable. No complaints here. Read Less

I've never been so disrespected as a customer! They were making fun of me to another customer which is completely unprofessional! I've can't believe how rude they were. They kept staring and laughing thinking they were being quiet but they weren't! I can't wait to talk to the owner. Plus their service was awful! I just had them done today and it looks like they've been on for a week now. I've never had anyone from a business lower my self esteem like they did. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They do great with your nails but they tend to get rough looking after like a week. I've gotten acrylics with white tips and colored, I've been going there for about 2 and a half years now. So other than them looking rough after like a week it's really a great place to go there all so friendly and the prices are pretty low. It's like I think $27 for acrylics with white tips. This place is only getting 3 stars because everybody there was extremely nice. Let me start by saying when you go in for a manicure there's a few things you expect to happen, the only thing they did was take my old nail polish off and put nail polish on. My nails are already shaped very good from when I file them so they didn't really file them, they didn't take off any of my cuticles, didn't give me any lotion or hand massage which is typically part of a manicure... Terrible...he overcharged me when he said he would not before he did them, and they were rushed and done unprofessionally. Their are bubbles in them, they are not fully covering my nails, he did not trim my natural nails, or push back my cuticles before applying them, the acrylic and gel is uneven, he did not file them fully. I have been going to this salon for years. 2 years ago this place was awesome, great people and the nails looked great. I got a new job a moved away for sometime. Just recently about 2 months ago I have started to return to this salon only because now I have another job and it is very close to here. The nails now look terrible, my nails the past 2 times are uneven have gashes and gouges and are very crooked. I asked for nail art and the OWNER who did my nails both times btw said I couldn't get nail art because he couldn't do it and his wife who works there is the only one who can and she's busy. Are you kidding me!?! Not only did he rush through my nails to make them look like crap, but he also isn't capable of doing nail art. The shop is in horrible condition. Looks like they haven't properly cleaned since I stopped going the first time. The final straw was tonight when I went in to get a fill I stopped after work at 6 they close at 7 I walk in the door none of them adnowlwdged me. I sit down and the two women are taking they're sweet time in the back while the owner is doing nails 7 o clock rolls around and the owner ask his wife how much longer she's gonna be because im still sitting there after an hour. Her response is "I cant I have to go pick up such and such." UNBELIEVABLE Worst service ever. Never returning this place needs cleaned, repaired and staffed with people who are capable of performing the duties of a nail technician.
