I have been going to Sandals for almost three years and I love it! The environment is very welcoming from the time you come in until you leave. As long as I live in the Toledo/Sylvania area, I will not go anywhere else. She will take her time to give you the best possible outcome, no matter the crazy design you bring in from Pinterest! Marissa is a fantastic nail tech. My nails looked amazing every time I left the salon. Here’s the best part, I never had any issues with polish coming off unless I did something at work. Joleen did my nails and I was very happy with the experience I receive. Not only did my nails look excellent but I received several compliments after they were done. However I think the prices are a little high compared to other locations. But the atmosphere there was very soothing. Read Less

Very disappointed! I went in for a gel balance/nail art. My tech did not make sure all my nails were the same length/shape. She left flat spots/ridges on my nails. When I told her I had said flat spot she responded 'Oh the gel polish will even that out'. Ummm no it didn't. I had a nail that broke right she had me wash my hands, and she repaired it, but told the Nail art girl to just 'File/shape/buff it out, which of course the girl had no idea how. I had to take the file and do it myself. The 'nail art' is a joke! I paid extra for nail art and only got polish. I will not be returning, I will find another salon for my balance. I have a wedding that I am in, and cannot have messed up nails. Reuined what is usually a happy experience for me :( Read Less

I had my nails manicured and a shellac polish with Judy. My nails were in quite a poor state after a period of wearing gel nails. Love the staff! They all have great, bubbly personalities and make it a joyous place to spend an afternoon. I have been greeted by outgoing, friendly receptionist every time I walk through the door!! I have had many services done there and all have been above and beyond expectations. They are very organized in making appointments and planning parties. One of the cleanest salons I have been to. I also recently had my eyebrows tattooed on, and I have never been so pleased they look amazing, just ask for Heather, but hurry she gets booked up fast. This place is amazing... it's much bigger than what I've thought. The ladies are so friendly and polite. As soon as I walk in the salon, I was greeting by two or three people. I told them that I have no appointment, and ask them if they have any opening (they looked pretty booked up for the day), but they managed to work around the schedule to make it happen. The pedicure was amazing... I feel like both of my feet are belong to a little baby. They were so smooth, and slippery afterward.
