Totally disappointed in the bad pedicure I got yesterday with Tracy. (Hayley rocks) Since when do we pumice the foot or buff the toe nails after you apply the lotion? And for paying $40 for the Signature Pedi, I would expect an actual foot massage and not less than 4 minutes for both feet for the salt scrub, gel application and massage combined. To top it all off there is top coat all over my toes that is peeling off as well. :-( Read Less

Brian is great and most of the staff is very nice. I’ve been going here for three years but may need to change salons soon. The only shape that looks right is almond. Don’t even bother asking for coffin,stiletto or anything else because their shaping is not good at all. Read Less

I went here to get my nails done and the first time they didn't look to bad. Wasn't really happy with them. So I thought I would give them another try and they are worst than before. They look like a kid put them on. And not only than that the lady nic my cuticles and burn the top of my finger. And she wasn't very nice. So I don't recommend this nail salon. Read Less

Everyone at Luxury Nails is awesome. My personal favorites are Brian for manicures & Tracy for pedicures. All are very talented & kind though. I love the recent remodeling of the spa. Congrats Brian on doing a marvelous job. The atmosphere there is pleasant & fun. Most everyone is friendly & likes to have a good time. It depends on who you have. You better run for the hills if you get the guy that works there! I like having a speedy manicure but what I don't like is a bad/rough one. Talk about uneven shellac with bumps all over your nail and cutting your cuticles so low that you're bleeding (that sh*t stays sore for days!).On the other hand, the women here are amazing. Especially when it comes to Pedi's. This is the only place that I've been to that will actually take a little foot razor and scrape off your callouses (which I'm sure I have enough for the both of us). You know when you go to a place and they have like a 3 tier pedi chart that you have to choose from? This place doesn't have that, they just have their one general pedi that has all of the things that a 3 tier pedi chart would offer. Literally, the pedicures here take 45-60 minutes. It's awesome. 4 star just for the pedi and manicure, I would 5 star it but that guy is scary.Remember to bring cash for the tip! Read Less

I have gone in on 3 separate occasions, the first 2 were ok. I was with the only guy that works there, and he did a good job. Today I was with whomever sits in front of the door. 1) She literally burnt the ends of 2 of my fingers with her drill to "slightly" shorten my nails...blood, open skin etc.2) ALL of my nails are random and un-uniform lengths3) ALL of the white (pink & white powder) is crooked as if a drunk guy took this up as a side job...4) When we got to the pink (as I was there for a "balance" or a "fill" ) she tried to leave a huge gap between my cuticle and where the other had grown out. I have been going here for a few years, and fairly satisfied - until last week.  I had a gel manicure with Brian, and the polish was not applied close enough to the cuticle, so I went in 2 days later, explaining my disappointment to Tracy.  I showed her that my manicure looked like it was more than a week old (Brian was not in at the time).  Tracy suggested that perhaps l had been eating "very healthy" for the last 2 days, and my nails grew, then she said they don't apply the gel close to the cuticle, because when it grows out, it catches when you run your fingers through your hair?!  Never had THAT problem!  Anyway, she did offer to re-do my manicure for $20, which I declined.  I WILL be finding another nail salon.  Funny thing is, because of the language barrier, I don't think she understood the extent of my dissatisfaction, and that l will not be back - or maybe she didn't care! A young blonde girl did my pedicure. She lacked attention to detail and I ended up going home to redo my nails. The boss seemed put off that I only tipped $4.. She's lucky to have gotten that. I won't be back, as I could've done the same quality job at home. The two stars are for the foot rub. But overall, dissatisfied. Read Less

Honestly they deserve 0 stars!! my experience was that bad. I am a student at the UT at this place is one of the few places near campus that offers student discount. The salon was clean it seemed to be a little older. Well... I got my nails done (full set) , a lady named Tracey did them. it was a fair job. When it was time for me to pay is when the issue begun. She asked for my student ID and I showed it to her she told me I would not be able to get the student discount because "the year wasn't on it".. I enrolled in UT Fall 2012 , so I did not know what she was talking about. Basically she tried to tell me I was not enrolled at UT. She had gotten so rude to the point she asked for my schedule. It escalated to the point I wanted to leave, I had not got the polish on my nails yet so I stayed. Long story short she said MULTIPLE rude comments and I have never been treated in such manner, I will not return. Read Less

I've been a client for a few years now and am usually satisfied with my manicure/pedicure/acrilycs  I have gone to the mall, and Bogi's place, and this place I feel most comfortable and not like they are hurrying to get you out.  They are friendly and have tv's to keep you entertained. Read Less
