Hands down WORST experience ever! Denise has done my nails before & does amazing work, tonight however Denise was not there. I called ahead of time to see if they had time for a mani & pedi, the young lady said sure if I went there right away, asked my name and supposedly noted it, I arrived 11 minutes later to be told she could only do one or the other as they were leaving at 6 instead of 7, I was annoyed but had already driven there so figured I get my mani at least. I sat in a chair for 37 minutes w/ my gel polish soaking off (shouldn't have been longer than 15 minutes), while both techs worked on a mani-pedi for another client, who expressed her concerns that it was being rushed & offered to forgo part of her services to get a "not rushed" job. When the tech finally returned to me she was very rushed to get it done and get out of there being it was now after 6pm and she wanted to leave early (her boyfriend didn't like to wait or like it when she ran late). I went to ask her to wash her hands (since she didn't in between the previous client & myself) and before I could ask she started commenting on messages from her significant other and seemed annoyed with him & even yelled that she didn't understand "why he'd bring his brother with him when she didn't like him", this went on and off the entire time. Against my better judgement I continued to sit there & have my mani finished, it looks awful, there is polish on the sides of my fingers & uneven filing to say the least. I had to fix them when I arrived home the best I could & will have to go somewhere tomorrow to have the polish removed from the sides of my fingers and skin, which defeats the purpose of paying to get them done. I have NEVER felt so uncomfortable in an establishment and couldn't wait to leave. Though Denise's work is great, I unfortunately will never return. Read Less
