Worst nails ever..I'm surprised at the good reviews. My nails were very thick, crooked and had clumps of acrylic under my nail that I had to scrape out. My skin was stuck to my nails. Only one coat of polish. Nail broke first week. She kept leaving me to take care of other customers and she was texting on her phone. So I thought she was having a bad day and went back few months later..big mistake. I went somewhere else and they recommend to have them removed and start over. Never will I go back again !! usually get a mini pedi and sometimes have my fingernails done, but not very often. During my vacation to Arizona recently, someone there sold me a 'gel french manicure" which keeps my nails nice and professional looking while keeping my own nail and it's length. When going here for a "balance" on the french gel, they broke my nail, fixed it with the fake stuff that again broke while i was there. I left and in the first week, another nail broke, which is very unusual for me with a french gel. I've had others do this service for me with no long term problems. But this shop's product is maybe sub par or something. Since I pay so much for this service, I'm going somewhere else. I wouldn't suggest this service at this location. Read Less

I live in Dublin, and will make the 30+ minute drive after work through rush hour traffic to get my nails done because they are THAT amazing! I have been going to this salon for several months, and never have had a bad experience! I have had several different girls do my nails, and a few pedicures . . . ALL awesome. Some people are a littler quite compared to me. But I am loud and crazy. There have been a few times I almost was late, so called to let them know, they were plea...sant on the phone and either moved my appt to a later time, or I had to reschedule. When I got to my appointment another lady started my nails because they were behind. I had an example of what I was looking for, oval Shape. She completely rushed through my nails and got up several times to help other people. My nails are completely squared not even close to be oval. When she painted them it looked bad. Had black brush marks in them. She put me under the lamp to dry and didn't turn the lap on just a fan. I ended up walking out ruining my nails so now I have to repaint them at home. I recently moved to the area and was concerned that my experience would be a bit lacking from my prior experiences closer to Columbus, but was happily wrong. The staff are friendly, the shop is clean, plenty of comfy chairs for the pedicures and tons of colors for gels, acrylics, standard mani, etc... I am very happy to have such a nice shop close by. They do accept walk-ins, but you may wait a bit if there are a lot of appointments already on the books. I suggest that you schedule an appointment. They are very accommodating and have decent hours. I had a wonderful experience at this salon.  The first call in to make an appointment started the positive vibes as the woman on the phone was very friendly and also chatted with me about what I was requesting for my services; as well as, was very accommodating in scheduling me in for a convenient time. Upon arrival, the store is has a nice arrangement with plenty of cushy chairs for pedi's on one wall, the opposite has the color stations where they also complete the gel nails and standard manicures.  They have a more private setting in the back that I saw women coming from after having acrylics added. Not sure if this was a VIP setting like some salons or they separate due to the odor of the acrylics, but either way, very nice.  They also have a great selection of colors to choose from between the standard polish to the gel options.  Those providing the services were very friendly and I noticed each individual continuously asked questions about their work to ensure the customer was pleased with the services provided.  I'll definitely be back.  I was concerned as I moved from the Worthington /n. Columbus area where there are multitudes of shops to select between.  Some are fantastic and others I'm amazed they remain in business; luckily this little village has a wonderful shop. Is it the best I've ever been to, no, but the services were better than most other shops and the prices are very reasonable (the best shop was easily $90+ for a standard gel mani and pedi, the full services was $150+- so it better be the best- lol!)...so a real win. I've followed these ladies to three different salons over 7 years and have NEVER been disappointed! I drive almost 30 minutes because I've yet to find anywhere else that does a comparable job for a reasonable price. The salon is modern and impeccably clean, they stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques and do an excellent job. They have an expansive color selection and a separate, better ventilated space for acrylic clientele so those who don't get acrylic don't have to suffer through the high octane smell. The Nail Boutique is 30+ minutes from my house, but I have yet to find another place in/around Columbus that's as consistent or enjoyable (AND reasonably priced!). My gel manicures here have been flawless and always last two to three weeks. The nail techs are meticulous about their work while staying down-to-earth and friendly. Olivia and Jennie are amazing! Then, I was forced to pick out a color with one hand from the gel samples which was impossible while they rushed through shaping my nails. I asked if they were busy or short-staffed and they said no, they just liked people to be on time. I was a couple minutes late because my dog ran away when I let him out before leaving. When I tried to let the lady know it was rude of her to say that to me about being late, she then felt it necessary to argue with me and said they had other appointments and walk-ins. When I left, there was no one waiting or there for the next appointment. This had to be the worst customer experience I've ever had because that employee was so rude.
