I went in for a regular pedicure which was listed as $37 on their website, the tech did not speak English well and gave me a "vegan" pedicure which was $50. I had no idea this was happening. I have yet to have a bad experience here. The staff are always friendly and do a good job with the manicures and pedicures. They never rush through the services and have always taken extra care when needed. It's also quite nice that they're open on Sundays! My only "complaint" is that you cannot leave a tip on your credit card. Just remember to bring cash! Read Less

They do good work but they need a sign up saying that they don't accept walkins. I don't have the type of schedule where I can make nail appointments often but I don't care what day you go in there and try to get service as a walk in they will always tell you to come back at some other time. I love this Salon and all the people in it, I can not believe anyone would have a bad experience here, It is fun, upbeat and actually entertaining. Got acrylic pink and white by David. Not nearly as good as the reviews had said. The acrylic is uneven and the shaping is terrible. He made the acrylic wider than my nail bed. I had an appointment at 7 and they started locking doors and turning off lights when I was only halfway through getting my acrylics done. They were nice but the job was rushed and very sloppy. I had a gel polish, all nails seemed to have different shapes, and the cuticle area was messy. I went home and reshaped then. Person doing them was nice, but seemed to have better things they could be doing. The nail file that was used on my nails was black at some point, but because of how many times it was used was grey/ white looking and my buffer, along with the file and nail clipper was just pulled out of their station. Files and buffers are suppose to be thrown out after each use, as they can't be sanitized and clippers should be disinfected after each use. I told them I wanted a manicure but person doing it didn't seem in the mood to give a manicure and started filing my nails just skipping the manicure and then asked if I wanted one and I said no just forget it. I love Posh Nails!  They have remodeled the salon over the past couple years and it's very elegant.  All the nail technicians are excellent.  I don't go to any one person there, I go to whomever I can get in to see when I need an appointment.  They do take walk ins but I hate to wait so I always make an appointment.  I usually can get either a same day or next day appointment if I want it.  Everyone is extremely friendly there.  They talk to you during your service and are just really nice. Like I said, I have never had a bad manicure or pedicure there ever.  Several nail techs there have given me tips on how to take care of my nails and cuticles so it's evident that they know what they are doing.  I always see them cleaning their stations and sanitizing their instruments so I feel safe getting my nails and toes done there.  Their prices are very reasonable for all their services.  They just told me about a new type of polish today called a powder gel which I am looking forward to trying on a future visit. I came in at 7:10PM they were so nice to fit me in with JIA! The polish selection was amazing and wide they seem to have more for gel and i would love to do that on my next appointment. The salon was clean and they take cards but is cash tip only, - They have multiple nail stations and pedi stations and it look pretty amazing. They do recommend an appointment in the future when i came in they do work with acrylic nails and can do pointed nails. The prices are great! Very pricey but acrylics are worth it! Curly is awesome,David too! Never did my acrylics chip,cracking or break. Filed exactly how I wanted (stiletto) I always received compliments how my nails look. My only concern is nail designs, not everyone wants just a polish. ..people want nail art. Also if they had someone to answer the phone during your appointment. Reading another review truly justifies mine!! Had my hair done the color did not turn out as requested. The manager said to come back in that she herself would take care of me. Upon talking with her she began to intimidate telling me m iI did not know what I want I thought the picture I had choose was worth a thousand words as she pointed out there was a spot of color as the picture in one spot on my head? When I told her that the color should be throughout my whole head she became very aggressive and started screaming get out of my salon she even lowered herself to calling me stupid as she was walking back @ forth..I did get $65.00 from $175.00 not including the gratuity I gave for a very poor job. As I l was walking out the door this woman was still hollering this time saying go scam another salon with no care of other clients in er so called a nice retreat salon? I would not recommend it at all. Opened 20 minutes late. Owner did not even apologize for the wait even though I had an appointment. VERY DISSATISFIED!! I couldn't believe that the fact that I was upset about the wait went unnoticed and/or they just didn't care. I would definitely not recommend it.
