I went in originally to get microblading done, so that I could have fuller looking brows, in areas where I over-plucked back in high school. The lady said that in order to do that, she has to thread my brows first. I said OK. She told me that she needs to clean them up a bit before proceeding with microblading. She ended up taking too much hair off, giving me high school-thin brows, which I expressed to her after leaving about the thinness of the result. She told me that she needed to make them more even and to clean them up a bit. I told her I was not expecting her to go that thin, especially since I was wanting a fuller look. I think it would have been better if she would have shown me where and how far down the brow she would thread. She told me that she would only take off hair above the main brow and straighten the bottoms. She went in to part of the main brow, which was the opposite of what she told me. I did not want more hair loss to occur, and I feel like part of them are already not growing back. I told her that I did not want to proceed with microblading because I felt uncomfortable. After stating my concern from the threading in text, she told me that she would return my money after I take down the "bad review" on Facebook. Fyi, it wasn't a bad review, it was an honest review. I told her I would raise the star if that really hurt her feelings. She ended up having Facebook take it down for her, which was upsetting and I expressed to her how she is not fit to be in business, if she is really that hurt by ONE bad review she had on there. (Don't ever leave a review on FB, cause obviously they are not true and can be tempered with and biased.) I have yet to get my money back for the horrible threading that she had done. I'm glad most of my eyebrows grew back and I am never having anyone shape my brows ever again. Read Less
