Paid over 35 for an acrylic fill (32 to get them on). Unsanitary. The person who was working on me FaceTimed her friends and family (rude). She talked to her co worker and said something and looked back at me and gave me a mean look. She kept trying to make me change my mind on multiple things when I said no she kept trying to get me to. I have very mixed feelings about this place. I have been going here regularly for about 6 months now. For the first couple months, before i was really "known" by them for going there, I was overcharged, and charged a different price every time. Once they started to know me as a regular, I have been charged the 35 plus tax that is advertised for a fill and gel polish. However, I find that my experience here highly depends on the tech that does my nails. I often find that they cut my cuticles when they are shaping the acrylic, and safety practices aren't as evident here as they are at other salons I have been to. I find some of the nail techs really do a poor job, but there are some definite gems there.. Be sure to make an appointment with your favorite if you find someone you like and don't leave it up to chance. Is it a rating for no stars I guess so because that's what I well give them, they advertised 25.00 for a full set and 15 for a fill in with student ID on Sunday we go back on Wednesday, the price is up to 27.00 for a full set and 17.00 for a fill in.. I inquire about the price they just had up on Sunday the guy proceeds to tell me o that's a price from last yr, dude bye I see where you painted over the prices today is only Wednesday and it was just up on Sunday, what in the hell makes you think I would drive all the way from the east side to the damn west side for my daughter to get her nails done. Their service and Lies are horrible, they were pissed because they were caught up in their Lie, and couldn't fix it, so to make things better I called the owner a damn LIAR and to own up to your lies, so I just had them do daughter's full set and walked out .. with paying the 27.00 almost got ready to tear there damn shop up, but I had to think twice, don't want to go to jail in Strongsville...horrible Service, and liars STAY AWAY!!!!! Just got French tip acrylics done about 24 hours ago, and the acrylic is already separating. Don used entirely too much acrylic and it made my nails look unbelievably fat, not to mention the length of the tips are all different! He thought he was being nice by giving my a gel top coat for free but he didn't tell me it was gel until he already applied it, and I definitely did not want it. While he did rush it, I didn't mind because I was also in a rush. My nails would not stop hurting the whole night though which normally you'd expect with getting acrylics but this pain almost made me cry and I have a pretty high pain tolerance. They also advertised $27 for a full set if you have a student ID but they regret to mention it's only with a high school ID, not a college ID; so I paid $47 for poorly done nails. 10/10 don't recommend and will not be coming back. I've been here three times in total and they were all for acrylics, the first two times were decent but I knew nothing about nails. Now graduating cosmetology school, I went back in there for acrylics because prom is coming up. They obviously have zero safety standards and zero infection control guidelines! This place was using the same tools on everyone, without a sight of disinfection. The lady I had buffed the heck out of my nails to where I now have incredibly sore nails! I can barely make any type of movement without my nails aching with pain! She actually buffed part of my skin and completely shed away my cuticles that I bled, and she did nothing about it! Just ignored it like it didn't even happen. She was also a little messy with application, because the acrylic is also on my nail walls so it feels like it's tugging and ripping through my skin. And aside from the nails, SHE WAS ON HER CELL PHONE!!! She was calling someone and when they didn't answer she attempted FaceTime. The phone was laying flat on her station and ringing extremely loud, and instead of paying attention to my nails she would buff while looking at her phone! The total came out to be $40. I really shouldn't have given her a tip but I'm too nice of a person to leave that way. I will probably never come back again. I think I'll try a pricier salon because I'm willing to pay extra to actually feel safe and comfort. I better not get any diseases. Read Less

Been going here for years and I think they do a great job. I think it is a little pricey but they do do a good job. The only thing I think is a little shady is they have a wine bar. They offer you wine and there's no price list anywhere and they don't tell you that you have to pay for it but they don't say it's complementary either. They just ask you if you would like a glass of wine... Then when you get your bill you find out you were charged $5.  I have mentioned this to them before but I still see them doing it to people and they haven't put up any signs. Read Less

Horrible experience! On March 5, 2016, I went to Le Nails in hopes to get a pedicure done and get ready for the summer. Unfortunately, that visit would turn out to be one of the worst mistakes I have ever made. It took several months to diagnose by a doctor, but I was infected with herpetic whitlow toe due to poor sterilization and hygiene practices at this salon. What is herpetic whitlow toe? Simply put, it is herpes of the toe, spread from one person to another through the use of dirty instruments. It is NOT curable and is EXTREMELY itchy and painful! This will affect me for the rest of my life! Let me be clear... absolutely, without a doubt, I was infected with this horrible virus due to a facility that does not take pride in providing a clean and safe environment for their customers. I, to this day, still struggle with this horrible virus and plan on reporting them to the Ohio State Department of Cosmetology. Customers Beware! Read Less

I went to Le Nails with a bridal party of four girls last minute and they accommodated us right away. Everyone was really nice and looks great! I'd definitely return as long as my manicure lasts well. They use gelish and opi GelColor for Shellac manicures, which I like over other brands. The only issue was that they didn't have enough regular opi polish color selection. I don't mind bringing my own colors in though. Give them a try! Read Less

I got a gel manicure and pedicure here and picked the same color for my toes and hands, but since they dont do gel pedicures on toes the color ended up being a little darker on my toes than my hands, so beware of that.I went with a friend of mine on a Friday and we were taken immediately. They were very clean and I had a very nice girl that did a great job with not hurting or tickling me.The guy my friend got was a little flirtatious, to say the least, which was a little strange because we were actually talking about her boyfriend quite a bit.Overall, it was a good experience and I'm going to go back. Way expensive, but a very good job on a mani-pedi. My friend treated me to a mani-pedi and it was $70pp which in my opinion is kind of expensive. They did a really good job tho and it lasted a long time. It was a $15 up charge for shellac, but it did last through a lot of cleaning - 4 weeks! Definitely worth the up charge :) Read Less

I have been a customer of this nail salon for almost 9yrs.  Lily has been my nail tech and she does a wonderful job on my nails.  I cannot comment on the other nail techs but Lily is the best in my opinion.Their prices are not as much as some of the other places in this area and they take debit/credit cards. I call this place to see if I could get an appointment for myself and my daughter to spend some quality time together. Guy was rude on the phone and wouldn't let me make an appointment, said to just walk in! But when I asked if we could sit together he said no! You would think for new business you would be more accommodating for a mother and daughter! I will never go here just based on this phone call!!!!! Read Less
