Me and my mom got 3 hours spa day Groupon deal, but I'm sure it was not 3 hours. Even though we arrived 15 minutes early they were more than 5 minutes late for our services. Girls didn't even ask our names nor introduced themselves. They also didn't give us any paper work to fill out. When we got to a room where the service was supposed to be, a girl pointed out to a small chair like thing at the end of the room and told us to put all our stuff there. There was enough room for two purses, "are you serious?" I thought to myself. When we were ready they made us wait another 5 minutes until they walked in. We got facial and I was wondering if their products are for all skin types, because both of us had different types of skin, and they have never asked us that. We had to lay on our back for an hour without any support under knees, which should be there to prevent lower back pain, they need a pillow or a bolster. Facial felt good and the massage was too light, but still relaxing. When they turned us face down, they walked out of the room, and left us wondering where did they go. I would prefer more communication in such a case. Massage didn't feel like it was 30 Minutes. After our services we had to grab all our stuff and walk to the next room with sauna and a hot tub. Than we had a cold lunch, it was a chicken sandwich, I'm a vegetarian. They have never asked about any diet restrictions, which they should have. On one side of the hot tub jets didn't work. It was disappointing. We have spend 50 minutes there, and had 10 minutes to get ready. The floor was all wet and it was very uncomfortable getting dressed in a hot steamy room. I like the idea of a 3 hours spa day, but it needs a lot of improvement and more communication. Not going back. Explore your surroundings! Read Less

My friend and I went to rejuvenate for the sugar scrub package. The massage was pleasant and relaxing. There were a couple downfalls. There was no soap to rinse off the oil from the massage and the pamphlet said there should have been some. We had to take off our clothes in one room and carry them to another in the middle of our service. Lastly, there was no where dry to change into our clothes once we were done. I wish we could've put our belongings in a locker or at least somewhere we wouldn't have had to carry them around. I would go back if the price was right. It was an ok experience overall. Read Less

Wow! I had an incredible experience today. I got my first ever facial and Melissa did an amazing job at explaining the entire process and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. She also did a great job on my hair and got the perfect color that I was trying to get. She took her time and didn't make me feel rushed. I felt spoiled the entire time, just like my husband was going for when he booked this special spa day for me. I did the spa party for 3 hours with my two friends. We did the 90 minute body scrub and hot towels and massage. It was FANTASTIC!!! after we ate the delicious chicken salad sandwiches and wine served for lunch we had another 90 mins to share together in the hot tub and sauna which was just what we needed. My friend and I went for a belated bachelorette party for the 3 hours body scrub package and it was so relaxing! The 90 minute massage would've been amazing alone but we got the wine lunch and an hour in what I would call an oasis room! I have short, fine hair. Aleah wasn't afraid to incorporate my wants & lifestyle along with her knowledge to get the perfect cut! Don't let the outside fool you, inside is a beautifully decorated salon. Everyone was so friendly and attentive the whole time I was there. Rose really made me relaxed during my massage and Aleah did a great job on my shellac nails, pedicure and hair style (she even walked me out to my car with an umbrella because it was raining). This spa and salon is located in a renovated house and is the perfect place to unwind for a few hours. I booked a couples massage for my boyfriend and I as well as an hour in the hot tub/sauna/steam room. To say that we were relaxed and rejuvenated once we left would be an understatement! I almost feel dirty for writing this and admitting that I cheated on my regular hair dresser but I did. Time just got away from me this month and my hair was SCREAMING at me to get a trim. For those of you with thick, curly hair like mine you can sympathizeAnyways, my regular hair stylist was booked until next Tuesday so I decided to venture out and try the place just around the corner of my new place. (note: I haven't been to a new hair salon in 2 years). Rejuvenate on the inside is definitely not what I expected based off my first impression of the building. The hair salon is in what seems to be a renovated house. On the inside however, the decorators have done an amazing job and you don't get the impression that the hair salon you are in used to be a house. The only thing is when you enter, you are in the downstairs area and the reception area is upstairs. When I entered I felt like I had come in the wrong door and entered through the back, staff entrance. Overall though, the atmosphere was delightful and I do like the open floor plan the salon has once you're upstairs. I am very picky about my curls (thus why I rarely stray from my regular stylist) and Nicole did a great job on my hair. My curls are lighter, leaner and ready to party. While my loyalty was converted to a new hair salon, I loved the friendly and quality experience I had with Rejuvenate and wouldn't mind going back if I'm every in a tight jam with my unmanageable hair.
