AVOID THIS LOCATION.  The reviews have to be from employees.  I have NEVER been into a salon that was so filthy and disgusting.  As I walked in, I was stepping on acrylic nail pieces all over the floor, the table I was sent to sit at was COVERED in nail dust and used nail drill pieces.  When I asked if he would be sanitizing the equipment, he said NO!!  I walked out. I decided to switch things up and come here to get my nails done and I was definitely not disappointed. They were very friendly and welcoming. My nails turned out perfect they even stayed on for a month. They would have stayed on much longer but as I walked my neighbors dog that I was watching for the weekend it ran me into a mailbox and one of the acrylics got torn halfway off so I ended up just taking the rest off. I have had my nails done here 2 times and NEVER EVER AGAIN. First time had a full set of acrylic and a pedi. Spend over $100 with tip. Seven of my nails fell off within one week. I was at the beach later that week so I chalked it up to the ocean water causing them to fall off so I went back for a second time. Had a fairly decent experience and my nails turned out pretty but the gel polish started to peel within an hour of me being home. Again, I decided to go back because at least my nails were able to stay on for 2 weeks regardless of the polish peeling. I called at 10am before going in and the lady on the phone said they weren't busy until 1pm. So I got in my car and got there by 10:45am. I signed in and was told my wait would be 15minutes. After 20 minutes and 3 clients waking in AFTER me the lady tells me that the girl I was waiting to see doesn't work today and that she had to take the other ladies in front of me and to come back later. I NEVER REQUESTED TO SEE A CERTAIN LADY!!! I would have seen anyone that worked there. I couldn't come back later because I have a family party to attend. This shows a complete lack in customer service and their nails are not good enough to go back. Go somewhere else ladies! I stopped in here a few months ago and got a pedicure. I loved it. The ladies and owner were very nice, friendly, and helpful. I wish they were open on Mondays which is my only day off and its right down the street from where I live. I currently drive to Twinsburg to get my pedicures. Read Less

It is nice to find a salon that dose new trends and nails are perfect shape! Been searching for a good nail shop in Ohio for 7 months now. And after having my nails done here I am very happy! Great little nail salon! I wish I would have found this place awhile ago! All of the technicians were very nice and the girl I had was extremely talented!! My nails have never looked better! Decent prices and great service. I recommend calling ahead for an appointment- they do accept walk ins but it's always safer with an appointment! Staff was very friendly, and nails looked great for about a week with my gel manicure.  I have had gel manis at other places that are less expensive and last longer.  I'm not sure if it's the type of polish, application method, or something else, but it was a good experience overall. Read Less

This place is trash complete garbage. I came during lunch for a simple pedicure. Obviously they always ask if you want something extra and the lady asked "Do you want gel?" I simply said "yes" . Then she doesn't even use the color I want. I look at the gel color she used and it looks like complete shit... I tell her "I don't like it. Kim replied "Are you serious" TF! I'm serious!! I let her know I will come back to get it fixed." Then the gel was completely peeled off by 4:00...pm. So then I went back and I sat in a chair for 40 min and they didn't fix anything. I asked to speak to the supervisor and I show her my toes and I told her what happened. I respectfully and simply just asked if I can get my money back and they said "No because job was completed" Obviously it wasn't completed because they did not do what I wanted. Ive been coming here for a few months now and have never had a problem. Always left with what i wanted. But the last two times have been a different story.. My last visit, the lady hurt me multiple times. She did not give me "coffin" shaped nails More like "i really dont know how to do coffin so lets try to get you there" And my nude matte nails ended up looking like clay (thick and bumpy. Not cute!) Im pretty nice and since id be coming in the following week I figured Id sur...vive... So this time, long story short, I picked about 6 different colors that were either all out or discontinued. At this point I am frustrated because they did take someone that got there after me before me. Anyways, when i finally did pick something that was "in stock", she applied the color and ended up being WAAAAAAAAAYYYYYY opposite (I picked what looked like a brown burnt red and came out a red with a hint of orange) She said with a second coat it would become darker "Umm yeah okay.." I told her to only do one nail because it didnt look like what i wanted. She insisted she knew what she was doing, told me she couldnt remove gel and all kinds of other lies and BS. Finally i was fed up told her i wanted to leave And guess what.. she all of a sudden was able to remove the polish I drove 30 mins just to come home with clear nails, lied to, and pretty much tried to be played a fool. Worst service I have ever had! I came in for a manicure and pedicure. They had no problem getting me in as a walk in. The pedicure was fine, no complaints there. When they went to start my menicure they changed the technician without an explanation and she i stantly started rushing through the work. Not only did she cut me but she did a horrible job filing and shaping my nails. She told me to wash my hands and when I came back she was putting her coat on and her purse and walked by me and said "someone will help you soon" and then SHE LEFT! I have no idea what was going on nor was I told that she had to leave before ahe started. I wouldn't have gotten my nails done if I would've known she was leaving!! I said something to the owner and all she said was "ya I found out last minute" and that was it!!!!! They did not apologize or even act like they cared that they made me sit and wait until another technician  ( this ia now the 3rd person to wait on me). I will not be returning. Read Less

Decent prices, but won't be back. These pictures of my French tip acrylics are a little over a week old and they're yellow, peeling off, and not shiny at all. The girl below me has absolutely no idea what she is talking about. Rating this salon a 2 star is under rated. This is the cleanest salon that I have ever been to. I have been getting my nails done at salons all over summit county for years, and I can't say that about other places I've been. I have never met staff that is so willing to do whatever they need to do to make you happy. The salon is relaxing, classy and the prices are affordable. Theowner accepts credit cards and takes appointments. All of the girls there take their time with their clients and do an amazing job. The salon is right off the highway and is very convenient.
