Not only did i wait over 2 hours to get my nails done but when she did my nails it was a bit painful. Some of my nails were crooked and when I pointed it out she said "thats how they're supposed to be". Not only that but acrylics are supposed to last up to 3 or 4 weeks, correct? I have been to this salon many times. They always did a great job and got me in and out fast on my work break. Today I made an appointment to get a full pink & white set and asked if they would put shellac on my 2 year olds nails because her regular polish always chips. They said no problem they would do it. They set me up at table 3 with this older lady & she was rude from the time I sat down. I said I would like pink and whites, but with the colorful tip and she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. She just kept rudely saying I can do whatever you want. The younger lady at the first table told her what I wanted. I then said that my daughter is only getting shellac. She said she cannot get that, she is a baby. The younger lady said it just doesnt stay on very good. I said oh ok. The older lady again repeated color is not for babies. I said ok can I get just regular polish for her then. She kept saying color is not for babies, but I do whatever you want (while treating me like I was awful). My daughter loves her nails painted and always sits perfectly. I specifically asked when I made the appointment if they would do a 2 year olds nails and they said it was fine, but to go in and get treated so badly is unacceptable. I walked out before she could even apply the product to my nail. I will never return because of that older womans rude attitude and will tell my co-workers not to return either. Read Less

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I wish I listened to everyone who told me this place SUCKED. I got my nails done on Thursday (5 days ago). I got gel polish on top of my acrylic because it's supposed to last a long time. The NEXT day my thumb nail chipped. I went in to get it repaired and when I walked in I told them I was in the day before and my gel polish already chipped and that I wanted it repaired. They looked up at me then looked down without saying a word. I sat down, waited 25 minutes (7:15 pm) then finally one of the workers came up to look at my thumb that was chipped and told me it was going to be a 45 minute wait just to repair my nail polish!!! I came back 20 minutes later at 7:35 (they closed at 7:30 that night) & the door was locked (people still inside getting there nails done. Today, two more of my gel polish chipped and my thumb nail has completely peeled off. This gel polish that is supposed to last over three weeks lasted not even 5 days. Absolute waste of money, they do such a horrible job and are so rude. They don't care about their customers OR the work that they do. Save your money and go somewhere else. Read Less

They were not very professional. I'll keep looking for a salon. While I made an appointment, I wasn't seen until 20 minutes after and my whole experience felt rushed. The tech talked me out of what I really wanted and some nails were not straight. I went back the next day and the same tech filed them straighter but not without a bit of an attitude toward me. (I didn't know what options we had to fix them being new to acrylic manicures) I left feeling humiliated for wanting an expensive manicure to look perfect. I had a great experience with Amy. I scheduled a 12:30 appointment and was taken back at 12:35 because they gave me time to pick a color. I pick at my nails, so they were not in the greatest shape.I wanted round acrylic nails. Half way through her filing them down, I changed my mind to square-round. Amy was very accommodating and changed the shape right away. We had a nice conversation the whole time. The color I chose was not a gel polish, so she brought out a huge ring full of colors to choose from. I was super indecisive, but she was patient when I finally chose one. The whole manicure lasted about 45 minutes. She was quick and precise. She didn't need to wipe nail polish off my skin once. I'm in love with my nails, and plan to go back! Read Less

I have been going to US nails for quite some time now, mainly because they are the only salon in the area that offers SNS (powered gel). It lasts forever on my nails! Staff is friendly and works quickly. This is not the place to get fancy designs or stripes, etc. But they do a great job at the basics and it is really affordable. I wanted to write a review since I saw so many negative reviews. I have been going to this salon for YEARS. They all do a fabulous job! Comments regarding wait time is accurate but I always call and make an appointment-the most I wait is 5 minutes. If they weren't good at what they did there WOULD NOT be a wait.... If something isn't correct they make it right. I feel like the comments about them being rude is unwarranted they are loyal to their loyal customers and get irritated with obnoxious customers that come in once a year and act a hot mess--can you blame them? This has got to be the worst place I've ever been to. I wanted to try someone different. I regret it. I wanted a simple design on my shellac--just stripes and they couldn't manage that. Go somewhere else. Not worth your money. Read Less
