Worst pedicure I’ve ever had ( didn’t ask what kind I wanted, skimmed the bottom of my feet with a pumice and 1 minuet massage ) and the fill-in my nails are already bubbled up and look like they are going to come off. I do not recommend and I will never go back. Read Less

Terrible experience. It was $48 for my easy clean up on my feet and to get acrylic off. I didn’t want any polish because I’m decent at doing it myself. They kept bugging me to take off my gel polish on my toes so they could do a good job and clean up my feet. Okay whatever, after soaking my feet in acetone for 20min which was uncomfortable they just clean up my feet for 5 min in scolding hot water which already were uncomfortable from the acetone. Then my acrylics were singles handedly picked off. I didn’t want paint on them but they insisted. I paid before they painted them and tipped them generously over 20% as I always do. After I get to the table to paint them they were bumps and I had my cuticle area and skin around pealing from being aggressive trying to pry off acrylic. I’ve had people pop them off without it hurting but my nails still hurt. After I look at my polish from the dryer I was embarrassed and they looked terrible. They kept telling me to come back and get powder and acrylic don’t by them and said my other technician was terrible. My nails never looked so bad, I’ll post a pic in the comments. I’ve been using the Parisian ever since they first came to the Avenue. I absolutely love them. Best customer service I’ve ever received. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable nail techs. Tammy and Brian and their staff are awesome! I’ve been going to them for years and even have my husband coming in for pedicures! Tonight was my first time there. Kelly took care of me. I went in wanting to fix my nails and take off the acrylic and just get a gel manicure, but Kelly suggested i get SNS because my nails were so thin and damaged from another salon. I couldn't be more happier with the results. She even matched the color i picked out when i was gonna do gel, to the SNS powder perfectly! Will definitely come back to see her! Read Less

Usually don't write reviews but this has happened a few times and I keep going back for I don't know what reason. I will start by saying the owners here rock. They are so nice and funny and definitely welcome you in! However, their nails suck. When they are DEAD they do a wonderful job but I've gone in a few times for a fill where they've been steady (not even busy) and they've done a horrible job on my nails. I just went back the day before Christmas Eve for a fill and to get my nails repolished a Christmas color. I told her I would be back in a week or so to get them repolished for new year. I wanted a sparkly silver middle finger and candy canes (white stripes over the red polish i was already getting) on my pinky nails. The nail technician told me she can't do the candy cane (white stripes) on my pinky unless I got gel because it will take too long for them to dry to re go back and add the white stripes..... really!? How long would that take... 5 minutes, if that. I told her I didn't want gel because I was coming back in a week to get them repolished and she told me that's all she can do. So I left with red nails and one middle finger with silver sparkles... They looked horrible.  They were a little busy and my nails were so poorly done. Half of them have fallen off and I got a fill not even a week ago. If they would've taken their time to do them correctly they wouldn't have fallen off. This place doesnt even deserve one star. Ive veen a client for the past 8 years at least and in the past year or 2 they have gone down hill dramatically! I have acrylics and after only a week , not even, they start lifting . Then they pop off!. Im litterally always having to go back constantly to have them fixed and when i explain to them how they lift so bad , they actually blame me! Tell me im hard on my nails. Im so careful with my nails cause they lift so bad and they still lift and come off after a week. Ive been going back to give them the benefit of the doubt but i get same results every time! Either they are using cheaper acrylics or something. Another reason they may be lifting so fast is they are always in a big hurry so not filing good and just not doing a good job. They have only 3 employees and always in a big hurry so not doing a thorough job at all. Not to mention they are super rude and have no mannors towards their clients , especially the husband . There is no way I'm ever going back and wasting my money on such poor service. I found a place in Streetsboro called TA nails and they are awesome. I paid $75 for a gel manicure and pedicure. The pedicure didn’t look like the model nail (glittery gold) and the tech was very rude when I asked her to add a couple more coats and refused. The tech who did my mani was really nice (he’s the reason this isn’t a 1-star review) and he offered to add to my toes, as it was incredibly clear that she had not used enough coats, given the difference between how my fingernails and toenails looked. However, I’ve only had the manicure for... 5 days and it looks like it’s got a month’s worth of growth. It defeats the purpose of a gel manicure (to last up to a month) if it already looks like it needs to be filled in 5 days later. That’s a LOT of money to pay to withstand rude treatment from staff, the pedi not looking as advertised, and the mani likely only going lasting me a max of 2 weeks. I recommend going elsewhere. Yes my nails look good, but the whole experience was very aggravating. My daughter and I went in there to get our nails done and pedicures. They started on my pedicure first and my daughter, who is six years old, continued to sit in the chair with her feet in the water for over 20 minutes while she waited on someone to come over. The water wasn't even warm by the time they got there. Keep in mind I took the time to make an actual appointment for both of us. The lady that did ...my feet was very unpleasant, and seemed like it was bothering her to even be there. The lady that finally came over and worked on my daughter was very nice though. I had asked them several times to go ahead and wrap my nails because they needed to dissolve before having them done. They kept forgetting. When it came time to get my N2N nails done, I gave the person the color sample that I picked out. The technician promptly brought it back. After putting it on my nails we both realized it was a completely different color powder. It was explained to me by the nail technician that the colors on the samples at the front are all old and faded, and don't represent the actual colors. We had to take it off the one already done, and start over trying to find a color. I finally wound up going with just a pale color because at this point my daughter was done with everything and just sitting beside me wanting to go. The technician was very nice, and knowledgeable, but was also extremely frustrated with the way the business is being run. They offered me $5 off because of all the insanity You would think for spending $105 I would've had a much more enjoyable time. This place is super clean, professional and they do a really awesome job making you feel welcome! I went with 5 of my friends and they accomodated us in the back area so we could all be together. Quite possibly the worst place I've ever been! If you're looking to get your nails done I wouldn't go here. Not clean. Made my toe nails super uneven. I had fake nails on and I asked her if she could take them off instead of soaking them first she just ripped them off. I told her that it hurt and she said "yeah" and continued to rip them off. 80$ for 2 pedicures and to get the nails taken off. I took some pictures but it won't let me post them. Very bad place. unfortunately this salon was a very bad experience. the manicure was so fast and rushed i was disappointed and it was over in about 10 minutes. in addition they had me soak my hands in a freezing cold bowl of water. the girl was working with 3 other clients while doing my nails she kept getting up and running to do other things. it was not a clean salon at all, lots of random items that don't belong at a salon, no decor, dirty sink and chairs etc. i don't like to write bad reviews but sadly my mother in law and i will not be returning or recommending.Read Less

I went to the salon and needed a full-set of acrylics and I asked for Brian the owner...I went the day before Christmas Eve ,and I'm very particular about my nails, I mean VERY VERY PARTICULAR! !! I couldn't have been MORE PLEASED, Brian did a FABULOUS job on my nails,in fact it's been almost 3weeks and they still look great! I went faithfully somewhere else for 9yrs, I will say Brian was so nice,made good conversation,did exceptional work, like I stated earlier I had a full-set and nothing else...I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRIAN TO ALL MY FRIENDS, I've  been looking for a new salon to get my nails done for awhile now,and I've had many misses but now I've got a HIT! If I could give them zero stars I would. I am in the area on business and my shellac manicure chipped on one of my nails. I figured I could go into a salon and get a repair - fully understanding the exact same color might not be at another salon. I might even have to get a different color on the nail as an accent finger. I walk into the salon and am greeted with Hi, do you need something?" I said "Hello, I need a repair, I have a shellac manicure."She said "We no do free repair if you no get original work done here". I said "I understand, I will pay whatever you ask"She said "No, we no have same color". This woman never even entertained helping me in any form or fashion, she never even glanced at my color or allowed me to discuss an accent color. Very rude and unprofessional.
