I went and had a gel polish change. gentlemen was very nice that did my nails. I requested that he do thin layers so it didn’t peel off. unfortunately his technique was not good and an hour later the sides were peeling up. there was polish on the sides of my skin and some of my nails were painted unevenly / no polish on some parts. I went back and told them and they said it was the polish and that they would fix it. however I didn’t have time to have it fixed. they finally agreed to give my money back. not a good quality at all. Clean, fast and friendly service. Love this place!!! So many colors to pick from and so many templates for gel, acrylic or normal polish. 5 tubs for pedicures and they offer brow wax as well. Student discounts as well with ID and they have mani/pedi deals for $40!!! Everyone was very helpful and explained everything to me. Multiple TVs and massage chairs too. Such a great find in Stow. Been getting pedicures and manicures here and same people in barberton for 20 years,I always generously tip,today I came in for a polish change and nails cut,I asked the tech to cut the side of one nail that was in pain,she hollered up to boss and he came back and said they could not do that unless I got a pedicure for 30 dollars more.SERIOUSLY,NOT IN AMERICA.We treat loyal customers with loyalty,so very upset at this treatment,NEVER AGAIN,SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THE 2 SECONDS AND JUST DO IT.👎👎👎 Read Less

This place does not deserve one star. I had a full set of acrylics done and it was a complete waste. My nails were thick, lumpy, and sloppy looking. I had HUGE GOBS of acrylic left underneath the entire underside of 3 of my nails. When I asked her to try to file it out she made a half hearted attempt at fixing one, and I will have a thick ridge under 3 of my nails until they grow out that everything gets trapped in (food, etc.). I had acrylic residue left all over my cuticles that peeled off and looked flaky and bad for days. I paid extra for a french manicure that was chunky, uneven, and again... sloppy... I had to go home, take the polish off, and file them myself so that I wouldn't be embarrassed of them. I wish I read the reviews before I went there. Just no. I get my nails done on a routine basis and came here because I just moved and it was close to my house. The lady who did my nails was rude and threw my hands around after painting each nail. Awful. Got my nails done and they were 2 different shapes, crooked, left the acrylic stuff stuck to my finger and left some of my nail unpainted. Tried to tell the women the shapes were off and she tried to assure me it was okay. For $51 I am highly disappointed and will NEVER be going back there. Read Less

Seriously never have had such a terrible experience. Went with my bridal party and they rushed us so much that all of our nails look absolutely terrible. One of my bridesmaids talked with the nail techs and showed them how awful they looked, they proceeded to argue with my bridesmaid and after a lot of arguing, they finally redid them although they looked just as bad. I usually go here to get pedicures, which are great. 5/5 on the pedi. BUT overall I have to give 3/5 because I decided I wanted to get my finger nails done for spring break, so I got acrylics. I told the woman exactly how I wanted them done, even showed her a picture. I like my nails pretty short so I told her to make them shorter than how she had them, but she refused to make them shorter because she claimed "they would look ugly short". After going back and forth she still wouldn't cut them down to my liking. I also got burned a few times by the electric nail file.... So, now I'm going somewhere else to pay MORE money, to have my nails fixed to how I originally wanted them because the woman at this place wouldn't do it. Read Less

Pretty nicd nail salon. They have fair prices and do a great job. Lots of shellac and gel colors. They also have airbrush. I've never had a bad experience. Do not waste your time or money here. Very poor poor job. Up charged for every little thing and nails were horrible. Painted on French tip and they were all uneven, didn't use pink base so you could see all the acrylic underneath. I asked for a cutdown and they cut them so short pretty much cut them in half. Didn't file evenly and nails were all uneven and none were straight. Pedicure was so so. Very rushed through and acted like they wanted to get you in and out and not do a good job correctly. i do not usually ever wrote reviews unless I really am i satisfied. I wish I could give this place negative stars because they are that bad! they do such a terrible job I just went to get a full set there and they we're absolutely horrible. they can not understand what you say. I asked for short nails and asked for them to be SQUARE ROUND. she made them way too long and squared. then painted them horribly and the next day after I got them done THREE nails had either cracked or completely broken off! I went back and the guy fixed them and said they were way too thin. As I came in the I was complaining to the gym how I just got my nails done yesterday and as I was complaining the lady who had did them was sitting there talking over me in Chinese to the other guy! like she was talking crap and they were laughing. then the next day after that, another nail cracked again! the nail polish chips after a couple days and you will be lucky to have nails on for longer than a week. absolutely horrible and dirty. they charge you too much. Got a pedicure on a Saturday afternoon. I called ahead 15 minutes to schedule an appointment and they were very accommodating for my short notice. They destroyed my nails. I even gave them a second chance and they ruined them. Too long. Bad paint. Cut my fingers and peeled my cuticles. My new nail girl said it was the worst she had ever seen. He hadn't even cut the nails (I got a full acrylic set) before he said that I had to give him $40. He seriously made me reach in my purse with 3 inch long nails to pay him. I'm sorry, but I do not pay for a service before that service is complete. Total bs! You can't understand any of them and they CLEARLY cannot understand you. I asked him if he could give me a rainbow zebra paint job and showed him a pic and he said yes. It looked like vomit, I'm not exaggerating. I wish I could post a pic. So much more happened. I just found out that my "Gel Nails" that I paid $50 for, were NOT gel nails, but acrilyc nails with gel on top. I have gone to this salon for the last year and a half and am so disappointed to be taken advantage of like this when I trusted them to give me what they were saying they were giving me and they lied. They are just out to get as much of your money as possible. They are also pushy when it comes to getting more services than what you're originally going in for. Read Less
