Well, my first experience here with the new owners didn't go well at all. Anyone that knows me knows that I am ADDICTED to getting my nails done. Needless to say I am a faithful customer that DOES tip lol. I faithfully get my nails done by the extremely talented Megan at JC Penny salon every two weeks,standing appointment.****5:44 pm on 9-8-17 I decided to get a pedicure while I'm next door getting an oil change at Monroe muffler. I walk in E-spa (which clearly says on the door "Walk-in's Welcome")...I see one customer in the back with an older lady doing her nails. I see a young man, and 2 young girls laying all over each other on the couch. I ask how much is a pedicure and if I could have one. Seeing that there were no customers other than the one lady in the shop, I thought..."Im a shoe in!" LOL! The guy says , "Well all 3 of us (all the ones laying on the couch) have appointments at 6 so we don't have time." It's now 5:46 pm, with 3 tech's laying in the couch waiting for 6pm...one of the female technicians then asked if I "wanted to make an appointment"? I quickly shook my head No and said "Ohh no, no, no, no." Shocked, "she said you don't?" I said "No, thank you, but I DO want you to know that someone DID recommend your services." I thanked them and left. In all the years I have been getting nail services, I have never EVER left a bad review on anyone's place of business. Today, I had to.
