This was the worst experience at a nail salon I have ever had. I walked in, and ended up waiting an hour. I requested a full acrylic set. That's it. After waiting, a lady came over stinking of Body Odor and took my hands and put them in her piles of nail dust. Her entire work area was covered in it. I was disgusted. She proceeded to tell me I had ugly hands because my nails were short and that she didn't like the color I chose. When she began, it actually hurt as she ripped layer after layer off and got down to my nail being raw. Whatever she put on them after, burned. She got acrylic all over my finger, (which I had to rip off that night, my fingers did bleed) and when I got up to wash my hands as instructed, she immediately helped someone else, having not finished with me. When she painted my nails, she got paint all Over my fingers and made it uneven and blamed me because I was "moving to much". I have never had an issue and I have gotten acrylic for years. I have been to this place off and on for years but this last time I spent a lot of money for a certain look for a nice party only to have 3 nails within an hr!! Started out really good, slowly but surely going down hill. A while back I went there, no customers were in there at all and I got told they couldn't do my nails because they had appts. Coming. Just went in today ONLY NEEDING 1 NAIL FIXED(was there at opening time of 930, but opened the doors at 1140) the girl turns on the open sign, takes a lady back for a pedi. Ta looks at her and says did u unlock the door? Clearly seeing me standing there. Then tells her u know we can't take anyone because of an apt at 12. I'm thinking okay apt at 12 that 20 minutes to fix 1 nail, and I polish them myself at home. But yet still got refused service. And it blows my mind because clearly I pay the same amount of money as everyone else. Hell I even leave a tip Amy where between 10-20$ depending on what I'm getting done. This place is friendly at first, but does not have great quality. I did not like my results and I felt that the manager was mocking me and made me feel very uncomfortable. He barely acknowledged my concerns and was on his phone saying he has done this for 20 years and will gladly take the product off my nails. There was no other suggestion as discussed on the call for satisfaction. I was not impressed with the overall quality, customer service or pricing. The very worst Peddi I have ever had in my life. I will NEVER go there again and I will tell everyone not to go there. I didn't get anything I asked for, from the color polish I wanted to them cutting down my nails, and other then them cleaning up the cuticles they didn't do anything. not even worth a penny. I go there when they open for the day so I never have to wait. I get my nails done just as I ask. Never had a bad set. Never lose a nail. I have walked in at later times before and had a long wait...so that is why I go in at opening now.Everyone is friendly. I do not have a problem with this salon. Read Less

Absolutely, positively horrified at the service I just received. I waited an entire hour without being acknowledged by a single soul. Got to the point where I almost walked out, and should have, but didn't. Then I was seated with one girl who didn't even have her own drill! They gave her a makeshift drill and told her perhaps she should buy her own. I sent twenty minutes watching her fumble with her shorty equipment before I was moved to one of the males who was working. He bragged about how good he was. Told me he swam here from "Asia" and proceeded to brag about his 400 dollar bar tabs, buying a Mercedes with cash, and all the while I watched as my nails were done exactly how I didn't want them... I said rounded, I got square. Then I got moved, again, to another girl for paint. Rude as can be and gave me grief over my choices. They didn't even have a drying table open so I sat for thirty min just waiting for them to dry. I wanted to refuse to pay for the 'service' I received and when I asked to speak to a manager every single one of them looked at me dumbfounded. Its dirty. The service is horrible. Been going to US Nail spa since they opened. The staff is great, friendly atmosphere, clean, and always on time when I make an appointment. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and I have never experienced any infections with US Nail Spa.I always get compliments on my nails, because they are so natural looking ( French Manicure).
