I booked an appointment for 5 PM, the appointment was to get two full sets and one pedicure for my best friend's wedding. We got here at 5, and they didn't even call us to start until 5:20! And they tried to call other people ahead of us! Not only that, but they only took two out of three of us and the other girl wasn't called up until almost 6 because they took other people without appointments before her!!!!! This is my first experience at this Salon and i purchased a mani pedi, reasonably priced, but when i went get the mani done i paid first, and tipped the lady because she did a good job with me and my ticklish feet. Anyways, getting the manicure, i told her i wanted acrylic but she said no, she was going to do the regular paint on my nails and next time i came in i could get the full set. Overall it was upsetting, because it was part of my vacation.   I would recommend this place for quality of pedicures. Because that was wonderful. But if you go in stress, what you want done because they won't let you pay the difference. Read Less

Very nice! very professional. I had some time before class and I wanted to get a mani. After reading other reviews I was scared to go here because of its 2 stars.The shop was super busy and the phone was ringing off the hook. I was sat down right away. There was not allot of gel color selections buy the lady recommended a maroon with pink overlay. I was scared that I would not like it because it was so dark. I ended up looking rich and dynamic. The manicure treatment was quick but I really needed it. The manicurist took the time to FULLY cover the edges of my nail which makes a difference! She also put 2 thick coats of gel. I am very rough with my hands. I work out every day, wash dishes, work on the yard. I also have a condition where my hands get too cold and develop ulcers. The WORST nail experience I've EVER had.  I wouldn't go here for a free manicure that's how bad it was.  I've been getting my nails done for years so I know how to judge a good, heck even decent salon and this salon doesn't fit into either category.  I'll give them that they were busy on Saturday May 12th around 2pm, but the way they bounced back & fourth between clients was ridiculous.  I was getting a shellac polish change and was there for 1.5 hours from the time I sat down at the chair, no lie.  They had me soak my nails in the acetone to remove the polish for a good half hour.  She sat me down to soak and then went and did another customer and forgot about me.  I took the tool and scraped off my own nail polish b/c I had been soaking so long.  I said pretty loudly "this is crazy".  Another lady that worked there heard me so when she was done, she took over.  I'm like finally............Well spoke to soon.  She put my base coat on (2 coats) and I'll be darned if she didn't start on another ladies pedicure.  I'm FUMING at this point.  I said loudly again across the room to my sister, this is CRAZY.  She finally comes back to me & I tell her I"m in a rush and need to hurry please finish me.  She finally did and the polish looked crazy & was sticky upon being done.  I'm not the only one that got rubbed the wrong way because another customer at a pedi chair was going off on one of the workers.  This place is an utter disorganized cluster (fill in the blank).  I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.  Like I said, I wouldn't even go here if they offered me a free manicure.  Take your money elsewhere, seriously.
