Aweful service. Came in for sns and coffin nail and although the paint came out pretty.... My nails are more pointy than coffin.
Asked 5 times how much the service would be. She finally said 50 but I give it to you for 45.... AFTER she starting doing my nails 😒
My normal place charges 40 for this...
Just because you have a service that's in demand doesn't mean people will out up with paying for service they didn't want. My thumbs look so bad. Its my natural nail so now I gotta start growing them out all over again.
UPDATE: My nails broke after 2 days... $45 for janky nails. Don't waste your time or money. There's other salons that know what they're doing and provide excellent service that actually CARE if clients come back.

I've been going to this salon for almost 14 years. I will not let anyone but Mimi do my nails and always Diane for my pedicures. The prices aren't really that much higher than any other nail salon around. The last time I had checked the difference it was $5 higher for full-set/refills and $9 higher for pedicure. Sure, I'm probably partial to them but they seriously do great work! Mimis nails are always beyond beautiful, I'm always getting complements about them. Diane will make your feet/legs feel like they're in heaven! I've also learned it helps if you call to tell them what time you'd like to come in or that you're on your way.

I will never be back. Horrible service. The nail tech bashed my toes the whole time and it took her 2 hours. This was my time to relax not listen to non stop complaining. And funny thing is I was just there in February and that tech had nothing bad to say about my feet. It was so ridiculous!!

I have been coming here for more than a few years now and have never felt more comfortable, Mimi goes over and beyond to make me feel welcome and to do that little bit extra to make me feel special, Diane rocks the pedis and is always friendly and helpful. I joke with those folks and have even had waxing for the first time in my life. I think you should give them a try or even another try.... you will be pleased!

I am entirely APPALLED at this salon! My grandma came to this salon a few days back to get her nails done and while she was picking out a polish, she accidentally dropped and broke a bottle of nail polish. Mimi then told her "you break it, you clean it" while setting down a jug of acetone and cotton balls in front of her!! ARE YOU SERIOUS? My grandma is 72 years old with severe arthritis and had to get on her hands and knees and clean up glass and nail polish in front of an entire nail salon. She was embarrassed by Mimi and could have been cut by the glass. While I understand that it may be annoying to staff that a nail polish was broken, they must understand that these things are bound to happen. It isn't like they lost a lot of money from the bottle of nail polish being broken either, as the nail polishes are so diluted with acetone so that they may last longer. I am absolutely repulsed by the unprofessionalism and downright disrespect towards an elder. You should be ashamed. Please do not go to this salon.

Customer service was terrible! I am not a regular customer and staff asked me where I normally go to get my nails done, when I told them they basically laughed in my face. I was then asked if I normally go elsewhere why was I in there shop? Was shouted at because I didn't like the colour the manager made up for me. Paid £39 for something I wasn't happy with. The manager also took a picture of my nails which I was fine with because she asked but DID NOT ask if she could put my picture on their social media page (if she had asked I would have declined!!) service took over an hour NOT 50 minutes as stated on the picture. Will not be returning.

Diane does the best pedicure I have had in a long time. She even talked about things that I could do to help with my nail health and also prevent dry feet from occurring. She takes her time so don't be in a rush when you come. They have free bottled water and massage chairs are comfy. Place looks very clean.

I was really looking forward to visiting this salon for the first time, based on the reviews. I did not receive the same level of service however. Mimi was very friendly and nice, but was incredibly rushed. This was the most unrelaxing pedicure I have ever experienced. My nails looked ok at the end, but I definitely paid for it. My total was 80.00 for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I will not be back to this salon. If you choose to check it out, be willing to spend a great deal on mediocre services and go at a time when you are the only customer.

Have used many area salons for "pink and white" acrylic nails and this is the best salon...hands down! Mimi has been doing my nails for about one year now I can say that her work looks natural and more importantly...the nails do not break, chip or lift off. Mimi is professional and never forgets your name. This place is the best!

Was visiting family when I was introduced to this nail salon. Great place with friendly staff. Mimi is great! The staff worked quickly and did a great job on my pedicure. It's been 3 weeks and my pedicure has lasted! If I lived in the area, I'd make this my regular treat for my feet. A bit on the pricey side ($38 for a pedicure), but well worth the results.

I've been going to this salon for almost 14 years. I will not let anyone but Mimi do my nails and always Diane for my pedicures. Diane does the best pedicure I have had in a long time. She even talked about things that I could do to help with my nail health and also prevent dry feet from occurring. She takes her time so don't be in a rush when you come. They have free bottled water and massage chairs are comfy. Place looks very clean.
