I had acrylic nails done here, and they were awful! I would not recommend having them do your nails at all! None of my nails were the same length, or shape. The sides of my nails looked terrible from where the tech missed the sides of my nails. I ended up having to have them completely redone, because they did such a terrible job. Read Less

I won’t be returning to this salon. My nails look horrible! When I pay $80 for a gel manicure and pedicure I expect them to look great. I feel like I wasted my money. The only reason I rated this salon a 2 is because it is very clean. Read Less

Horrible experience do not ever go to this place. They messed up my nails after I had to go back several times within the first couple days to have them re-fix them. Two weeks later my nails were chipped and looked horrible went back in to ask them to please fix it and was told it had been well over a month since I had been in which was a lie. They talked me into the powder stuff for my nails which was the worst thing ever and way more expensive. When I went back today he was only willing to fix one of the three messed up nails not acceptable. Horrible service do not go there if you want your nails to look nice. Read Less

The lady that did my nails did a good job. But she kept stopping to check her phone and show me pics people was sending her. Also, they were super unorganized and short staffed. They also let people bring their kids in and let them run around screaming and doing whatever while interrupting other guests. If you want a calm relaxing professional place, stay away from this place. Read Less

My feet are still bleeding from the pedicure I had on Tuesday. My feet were admittedly in bad shape however before we started I asked if they were too bad and I was assured it would be fine. I told the tech multiple times throughout what he was doing hurt "of course it hurts your feet are very bad". The tech then went on a smoke break while my feet soaked and when he came back in he tried to start on my feet again WITHOUT washing his hands. I now have to bandage my feet every day to be able to walk with minimal pain. The techs argued with other patrons about colors and services. I recently went to VIP nails with my mother and sisters to get manicures/pedicures and we had a bad experience. My sister and I waited over an hour to get a manicure, and when two other ladies came in to get their pedicures they received their service before us even though I had made 4 appointments for 3:00. We ended up being there for almost 2 hours waiting around and getting our nails done. When we told the owner that we have been waiting for our manicures for almost an hour he blamed us for not saying anything even though we had signed in on the sheet AND made an appointment. However, both of the nail technicians were very good and thorough. The business itself is just run poorly. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone and I will not be returning. Read Less
