The woman who did my mani/pedi was VERY rude. And from all the vibes I received - racist. I am always polite, I try to make light conversation, ask her how her day was going and she gave me attitude from the moment I sat down which made the experience very uncomfortable. I explained to her that I wanted a MATTE finish on my nails. Not gel, not acrylic, just polish and MATTE TOP COAT. She said Okay. I noticed she gave my pedi a glossy finish so I (politely) told her that's not what I wanted. She started speaking to her co-workers and then began to slam things around and pulling my legs aggressively. While waiting in the chair for her to do my mani, she started doing another woman's pedi (Middle Aged Caucasian Woman) and I noticed how polite and respectful and considerate she was of that woman which really irritated me because I did nothing wrong to be treated the way I was being treated. Unfortunately, while doing my mani I had to correct her AGAIN about how I wanted a MATTE finish. She seemed to be confused with a simple request and once again became aggressive. I had to tell her to stop because she was twisting my arm so hard. She rolled her eyes at me and at that point, I was completely regretting coming here. She even tried to charge me for Gel Nails being slick. I asked for a price breakdown and her reaction was like I asked her to jump off a cliff. I couldn't believe it! Did she think I was stupid? whoever did my nails did a terrible job and he was very rude. he shook my arm multiple times for absolutely no reason and kept telling me to "relax" when i already was? i've given this place too many chances. i haven't encountered one nice person that works here. i would never recommend this place to anyone. Nail tech with long black hair had a nasty attitude with my daughter because she told her she cut her nails short, this was only on one hand. She pulled them off tearing her nail real nails down really short. She kept the attitude by speaking hatefully, slamming down the receipt after I told her my daughter had her own money. Then started speaking her language with an attitude. I felt she was talking about us. Not going back she was not professional. Read Less
