Worst experience I’ve ever had. The lady was so rude to me and my daughter. She ruined my nails. I got a set and it is the worst full set I’ve ever had I’m so disappointed. My nails are so bubbled & the nail polish has so many bubbles I can see through them. She cut me I don’t know how many times. She got upset when I pointed out that my nail was crooked and when I pointed out that my nail polish had bubbles. Now for my daughter.... it was empty when we got there. When we got there they had NO problem doing our nails they sat my friend and myself down and then sat my daughter down. They let her pick out her nail polish she was very excited (it’s her very first time) they start getting her ready. At that point 3 other women come in and want full set. We’ll all of a sudden they tell my daughter to get up and told her to go sit somewhere else. Mind you not saying anything to me they get her up and move her and while I’m trying to figure out what’s going on they tell me they can’t do her nails until I pay $45 for her to get gel... so I asked why? When she was getting started anyway and they just kept saying no $45 so I had them finish mine and they were horrible. I will not be back.. No stars if I could! I encountered an awful experience today at Hollywood nails. One of the male workers was working at the booth next to the sign in sheet, as I signed my named I asked how long for pedicure, he said 25 or 30 minutes. As I waited right next to the Hollywood nails in plain sight I noticed a two of the chairs became free. The worker looked at me and soon as I was about to get up a couple walked in and signed in, the worker asked them to sit down. He then looked at me and said what did you want again? I said a pedicure and I've been waiting for 30 minutes, they came in well after me and now being seated ahead of me with no chairs open. I crossed my name off the sign in and he said well you can leave but let me explain, I said no that is okay I will go somewhere else. He said well I can explain, I said no need to I will go and maybe come back tomorrow or somewhere that will fairly seat me. I did not like nor appreciate the way I was treated today and I will never go back to Hollywood nails again. Unfairly treated!! Read Less

I mean, you get what you pay for and places like these are so budget that my expectations are pretty low. I go here with my SIL whenever I'm in Clyde because we need a day out. We are usually seen immediately and the friendliness has always depended on the associate. On this specific trip I had a guy that left his manners at home, but overall gave me a nice pedicure. The tools use definitely worry me, saw what looked like cheese graters for heels.However, I was there over a week a go and the basic polish I got (not gel) is still going strong. Read Less

NEVER go to this salon! They are in violation of so many regulations, I have no idea how State Board hasn't closed them! Clean their pedi bowls with Lysol, use metal grater on the heals, cut skin with instruments, burns with the nail drill, re-use of porous items....I could go on and on! Read Less

The service was the worst in my entire life!!! First, The guy told me to hurry up on pick my color because he had to go home... what??? what kind of customer service said that to a client??? of course as a customer I felt so uncomfortable and for that reason I didn't tip him, he got mad at me and while I was drying my nails he told me To not come back again . very disappointed of that place , of course I will never come back. they don't deserve hundreds of dollars of me.Read Less

‼CUSTOMERS BEWARE ‼ Went to get a pedicure and a fill was told 10 mins . waited then went to use the restroom seen a huge mouse crawling on the floor I screamed so loud I almost fainted I couldn't get out quick enough i think it's safe to say I won't be returning to Hollywood nails very unsafe and very unclean !! The service was horrible. I called ahead and the lady that answered the phone told me come in right away. She said she had immediate opening. I arrived with my daughter and was told then that I had to wait. Then the guy did my pedicure and he did a horrible job. The scrub that he used hurt. He keep rubbing it on my legs. Then he couldn't properly get it off. He just kept rubbing my legs with the same towel. Then he was the one to do my nails. He rushed through it. He didn't take his time. My nails were not even with my other nails. He didn't check to make sure. His cell phone was more important then his cutomer. Then I asked him at the end that he needed to give me a discount for messing up my nails. He said he would only give me $5.00 off. I still ended up paying over $100.00. I will NEVER go back to them. The absolute worst! We arrived at the mall on a Saturday evening.  My husband needed a manicure because he gets overgrown cuticles that crack, split and bleed. We stood at the counter for a while and put our name on the list.  No one acknowledged us or let us know how long it may be.  We decided to wait around and hope to be seen at some point.  When he was eventually seen, the woman didn't do a very good job... She hurt him, and it was unsanitary.  It seemed that the manicurist used tools on him that she had used on the previous customer.  She grabbed them from the table where she had just been, and we didn't see her remove them from any kind of clean/sterile packaging.  The cloth at his station was wet and dirty from previous customers.  I also did not see the manicurist wash or sanitize her hands between her previous customer and my husband.  It was disgusting. We should've walked out, but we'd waited so long at that point we just wanted it over with. I hope that he wasn't infected with something there. Read Less

I visited this nail salon on Sunday July 1rst, 2007. This was probably the fastest pedicure I have ever gotten. I was a little skeptical because she was going very fast, I would of liked her to take a little more time. However I had recived a french pedicure and it came out beautifully.Read Less
