Appt was for 3. I showed up at 2:45-2:50 ish. I had to wait until around 3:20 for the nail tech to take me. This was my first time getting acrylics done so I didn't know what to expect, but the shape and length she did was good. However, she didn't push my cuticles back, so there is a large gap between the polish and my cuticle bed. She didn't attempt to do anything but the bare minimum. It looks sloppy - she was rushing to take another client. Once she was done, she sat me down at the drying table. How long is acceptable to wait for the nail tech to do your top coat? 5-10 min? Yeah, well, I had to wait 30-35 because she took another client and finished them before she got back to me. Want to guess the price? It was $38 and I didn't get finished until 4:30. I was told to come back in 45 mins. I set an alarm on my phone and did that. I returned to be put in a pedicure chair for 40 minutes unattended. There's nails everywhere on the carpets. The arms of the chairs are dirty. Definitely not high end here. Read Less

Absolutely irritated.. I'm New to the area so I thought I would try this place out. The first time I had my nails done there it was OK a little steep in price but the work was OK. The second time I went there there was an American girl who did my nails and who did the most horrible job I had ever had . I let the owner know. Earlier today I made an appointment for this evening I showed up 25 minutes early and they were really backed up they asked me if I could come back so I c...ame back 10 minutes after my appointment time I just sat in a chair waiting with no service for 45 minutes As I got up to leave the owners wife wanted to tell me she will be right with me but at this time I am already very irritated . The whole reason I chose this place was because of the ratings. The staff seemed to be nice-but the lady who worked on me didn't seem to care much and did a half ass job painting my nails. I felt forgotten and spent a little over an hour on just a regular manicure. Wish I wouldn't of tipped before she was done. I won't be coming back. Read Less

great place, friendly staff, clean environment! I got the dark blue + glitter nails. I got a full set today for prom at 11:30, make sure you make an appointment because it can be packed. (i made one) They look amazing, i have a crooked middle finger and me and the technition laughed about it, but she made sure the nail looked as straight as possible and it looks awesome. People were very friendly my acrylics turned out great,but horrible job. Never even massaged my leg or arm like their suppose to. Ask to make apt with the man for just my manicures,and he acted like he was to booked to take any for a later date. The older woman that did my pedi basically acted like she rather be at home. I used to go to a different salon in the area that was more expensive than French. Once I started going to French I decided that I was going to be going there regularly!! I got gel done over two weeks ago and it has yet to chip and my nails look great. Amy is wonderful, she helped me pick out my colors and accents and I absolutely love it. I had the nicest conversation with my nail specialist. She was gentle and did excellent work. I am a very difficult customer and I almost never give a review unless a place was well above expectations. I am a perfectionist especially when it comes to my nails. They did an amazing job. The shape of my nails are perfect the lines that go from my natural nail to the white pearled hand painted tip. The short amount of time that I was in there for an eye brow wax, pedicure and manicure was less then an hour and a half which is at least 30 minutes less then any where else I have been. I have visited well over 100 naip salons across the country. my toes and feet are perfect the massage chairs are just right. My eye brow shape is perfect. The people are so nice and friendly. I'm from out of town and needed a pedicure and I found this shop on my way to Sam's club. Nice little shop. I was a walk in and was quickly seated in the massage chair. Decent selection of colors to choose from. Prices are ok. All around pedicure was ok. Read Less
