I love Angel Nails! The owner and her staff always take care of me and are always accommodating despite my busy schedule. I've been to several salons in Sandusky and even though Angel Nails is a little further from my work/home, I take the trip just for a great experience and high quality gel manicures and pedicures. The polish and service is of high quality, the salon and instruments are clean, the pricing is reasonable, and everyone is extremely kind. This is my permanent nail place! I walked in and they made me feel so welcomed, Like they actually wanted me to be there! I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and she was spot on and did a great job. Don't bother making an appointment or trying to get services at Angel Nails. I had an appointment at 10:30 and waited til 11:15. They never showed up at all. They had my phone number but didn't call me to cancel. The clerks at Meijer told me they are often at least 30 minutes late opening. Toi many other reputable places to go. I have been biting my nails for 30 years and finally had enough. I had an acrylic set if nails put on by owner Benam for $35. Every 3 weeks I go back for a $22.00 balance and paint. I live the place and the staff. Always clean and friendly. They have a variety of services and the prices are great. Highly recommend!!!! Read Less

They are getting 3 stars bc he fixed 5 nails that chipped at day 3. Only three stars bc he was doing it so fast he didn't get all the way to the cuticle on 2 nails and multiple nails chipped including the new ones he just fixed by day 10. Don't think I will be going back. Read Less

I came Angels Nails because I read the reviews about how great the salon was. I wasn't disappointed. The place was seem a little sketch when you pull up, so beautiful. I wish I knew the women's name that worked on me because she was very polite. It's very good! My regular pedicure last the longest of any I've ever had. I ADORE this nail salon. No complaints here. All the new owner wanted to do was bad mouth the previous owners,  which I really liked them and miss them already. They were limited on colors and he couldn't do what I wanted because he didn't have the product and said he had no money to buy anything more.My nails are thick and uneven, I won't go back. This is the worst salon with only three nail salon workers.  They priced me basically for two services when they just gave me a simple not even the best gel polish treatment. They priced me for a manicure AND a gel polish about $45. I couldn't complain because I should've asked before they started. I've been to many that I had no idea they would do that. The guy who did mine didn't even do it well. With three nail person (don't know the term) and not busy at all when all salons had waits for a Saturday. I should've known. Big mistake! The staff were friendly and squeezed us in. However all of our nails were rushed and uneven. The edges do not have polish on them and one of my nails got infected. My friends hands had excess polish all over them. If you look at them from afar, they are fine, but I would not recommend this salon.Read Less

I went for a fill and my sister got a full-set. The women were very friendly and it's a clean place, but I was disappointed with how my nails looked. You could see the lines from where she used the electrical file, probably because my nails weren't buffed enough, and my nails looked dull, no shine whatsoever. 3 days after going my nailslooked like they needed to be filled again!! My sister was not happy with her nails either, her thumb nail was uneven and she told the nail tech about it, but after she ""fixed"" it....it still looked uneven. Not recommended Read Less
